There is a black cloud of negative energy, a black pall of negativity inside every human being who is not filled with the light of the Universal Spirit.

Who is not enlightened.

This negative cloud is the disappointment, the pain which fills every unenlightened being. The pain caused by broken attachment in relationships or to things.

When we make appointments which then get dissed. That is when we get disappointment. When we don’t get what we selfishly want.

This pain causes fear.

Unconscious fear which prevents us from doing that which we need to do. A bad relationship makes us fear another relationship, so we live alone, out of fear. We fear change. Out of the frying pan and into the fire we say. Better the devil we know than the devil we don’t we say.

Thus the "Mind forged manacles of fear" as wrote William Blake.

This pain.

This fear.

So restricts our freedom that we become robotic. We function like robots. And thus the world becomes filled with Daleks; (A particularly nasty kind of robot found in the Doctor Who Television series).

This black pall of negativity blocks the flow of positive energy so that it eventually leads to physical illness and expressions of emotional negativity.

Unaware Criticism, gossip, envy, jealousy, depression, seeking attention, worry, fear, irritation and anger are all expressions of emotional negativity.

They mean we are not centered

We are not Enlightened

As we walk through dark places. As we walk past dark people. So we start to absorb black clouds of negativity from our surroundings.

As we start to evolve. As we become more empathic. So we start to be affected by and to affect our surroundings and the people in them more and more.

If we cannot deal with this negativity.

Then we become ill.

Energy Enhancement Level One is a meditational method to ground negativity so as to get rid of this black cloud from ourselves and then from others.

It also transmutes this negative energy into pure positive spiritual energy.

Positive spiritual energy emanates from all people who have worked on themselves to get rid of this black cloud of negativity.

But more intensely from the Enlightened.

As when fresh grease, pumped into a dirty grease nipple, displaces all the dirty grease. So positive spiritual energy enters into other people and displaces and dissolves the black negative energy from their body into the aura where it can be felt. Thus making people feel that which they have inside.

In workshops we tend to feel worse before we feel better, as with a dose of bad tasting medicine. The positive energy is acting on the negative.

When one level has been cleared by work, then the application of more positive spiritual energy will cause a quantum leap in our evolutionary growth as we are filled with light. Spiritual growth is enormously quick and when consciously worked with, it can be exponential.
