Professional Photographer in Shanghai and London. Before coming on the
course she had not meditated before although she has been trying Yoga for a
while...
Oh my god, I changed a lot!
I screamed with silence.
I was sitting in the bar around 9
p.m. by myself in Barcelona on the first night after my Energy Enhancement
Course. On the way back to the hotel, I wanted to have one drink.
Surrounding by local Spanish people, everybody had a good time with their
own friends, even a bartender was chatting with some regular customers.
I was drinking a glass of red wine
in the middle of them and felt totally relaxed without fear. I enjoyed the
moment of being, by myself, in foreign county as a stranger.

If I were to be here before, I
could not relax this situation, I might worry too much, for example, how
they think about me? how am I look like? do I look a bit lonely? am I look
OK? etc...... too many of small thoughts, however they usually are big
enough to destroy having a simple good time....
To be honest, I have not had that
feeling, "without fear...." for the whole 33 years of my life.
This is just after the two weeks of
an Energy Enhancement meditation course.

During the course, I
had many interesting and amazing experiences through meditation. I saw three
black snakes, a BM with snake hair, a black rose covered with thousands of
ants, a devil who controls and sucks the energy from me and thousands of
innocent people, frogs, parasite eggs...etc..
All of them were blockages and
implants in my body and my chakras.
Then I removed all of them using
the Energy Enhancement Techniques.
The techniques are simple and
powerful, moreover effective.
I did not feel any difficulty
during the course. On the contrary it is fun and enjoyable.
The meditation with Satchi and Devi
is sailing with fresh wind, also they have a big
map. You can not be lost.
After the EE course, I went to the Juice fasting place in Portugal.
I did it for two weeks and I felt so much energy without eating.
I went for walking in the mountains
for 3 hours, 2 hours yoga practice, swimming in the sea and meditation
everyday.
After my Energy Enhancement Course,
I am the most energetic person in this fasting program, people who work
there, they thought I am not a normal human being, because I am smiling and
happy all the time.
I feel absolutely happy and full of
love.
(Satchidanand - fasting is a
spiritual technique used for thousands of years because as well as being
good for the waistline (Wasteline) and for the health, it is also working
internally to get rid of the energy blockages. Because Yuko had removed most
of her energy blockages during her first two weeks of the 4 weeks Energy
Enhancement Course, she did not have these problems, and was able to use the
fast to find and remove more of her internal energy blockages. Usually, it
is my habit to do a 28 day fast each year and there are no problems due
to the previous removal of internal energy blockages; I work as
normal, just difficulties with entertaining.)
Another change, I can feel other person's fear in my 2nd chakra. So I give
them love and ground their fear in centre of the earth. I understand the
world better, that keeps the sky of my heart is clear and the sun is
shining.
(Although we teach this during
Energy Enhancement Initiations, this removal of energy blockages from others
happens quite naturally once we begin to take back the power normally taken
from us by our separated psychotic sub-personalities. Integration: back into
the Soul Personality. Once we integrate them we get back the psychic powers
they normally use to get us into trouble and destroy our lives using ego

For meditation, I now do for at least one hour everyday, sometimes for two
hours.
I find new blockages every time.
Two days ago I found the river
bottom of my antahkarana and I saw a snake swimming under my antahkarana. I
have done the Energy Enhancement 7 steps for them and in the 6th step I met
a strong ice woman who can turn everybody and everything into ice.
Finally I grounded her.
I just drop lines of my meditation is going and I feel bright energy every
time I meditate.

sooner or later. Let us be accordingly wise; let us not hope to keep
what dies with us, in any case, but treasure that which lives after,
especially that which has come into existence because we have lived.
A wonderful person, Getrude Pitzinger,
one of the great singers of the past century, who had become our friend
during a preceding decade, received my wife and me, her brother, and a
friend, for some hours spent together, during a time shortly before she
was to die. She organized those hours to such effect, that she
instructed my wife Helga, who is known in Germany as a person of
exceptionally appropriate insight into the German Classic, to go to our
host's library, to draw a book containing a poem which Frau Pitzinger
wished Helga to recite. Then, Frau Pitzinger would select one of her own
recorded performances of a song-setting of that poem. As those hours of
that meeting drew to a close, Frau Pitzinger exclaimed with a special
kind of satisfaction, "I have lived to sing these songs." She died a
short time later.
A great artist,
born of simple background from Olmütz, the place where Lafayette had
once been imprisoned as a favor to the British, with an extraordinary
talent, a familiar of the greatest artistic performers of her time,
could sum up her life happily: I have lived to give these things. Her
performance of the Brahms Four Serious Songs and the Schumann
Frauenliebe, are among our outstanding memories of her. She was, as
Schiller and my wife concur, and I too, a beautiful soul, who gave much,
much more than she took, as every patriot who is also a world-citizen,
should do.
That, simply
summarized, is the kind of world state of affairs which we should be
content to build. It is time that a new President of the U.S.A., who has
a deep devotion to such things, step forward as the rallying-point for a
world which, by now, should be more than tired of the experience of the
foolishness to which I have pointed here. Let us bring the sovereign
peoples of the world together, for the kinds of collaborative
developments of which a President Franklin D. Roosevelt would not have
been ashamed. Let us give
something good, and timely, to future humanity, before we, in our turn,

On The Wise Ones Of Old
ON THE WISE ONES OF OLD
THE WISE ONES OF OLD HAD SUBTLE WISDOM
AND DEPTH OF UNDERSTANDING,
SO PROFOUND THAT THEY COULD NOT BE UNDERSTOOD
AND BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT BE UNDERSTOOD,
PERFORCE MUST THEY BE SO DESCRIBED:
CAUTIOUS, LIKE CROSSING A WINTRY STREAM,
IRRESOLUTE, LIKE ONE FEARING DANGER ALL AROUND,
GRAVE, LIKE ONE ACTING AS GUEST,
SELF-EFFACING, LIKE ICE BEGINNING TO MELT,
GENUINE, LIKE A PIECE OF UNDRESSED WOOD,
OPEN-MINDED, LIKE A VALLEY,
AND MIXING FREELY, LIKE MURKY WATER.
WHO CAN FIND REPOSE IN A MUDDY WORLD?
BY LYING STILL, IT BECOMES CLEAR.
WHO CAN MAINTAIN HIS CALM FOR LONG?
BY ACTIVITY, IT COMES BACK TO LIFE.
HE WHO EMBRACES THIS TAO
GUARDS AGAINST BEING OVERFULL.
BECAUSE HE GUARDS AGAINST BEING OVERFULL
HE IS BEYOND WEARING OUT AND RENEWAL
ON THE WISE ONES OF OLD
SOCRATES WAS DYING.
A disciple asked,
Why are you not afraid of death?
Death was certain, within minutes he would die. The poison to kill him was being
prepared. But Socrates said,
How can I be afraid of something which is unknown? I will have to see. When I
die, only then can I see. Two possibilities are there. One is that I will die
completely, no trace of me will be left. So there will be nobody left to know
it, nobody to suffer it. So there is no question about my being worried about it
-- if this first alternative is going to happen. And the second possibility is
that I may continue, only the body will die but the soul will remain. Then too I
don't see any point in being worried. If I am to continue, then death is
irrelevant. And only these two possibilities exist. I cannot say anything right
now about what will happen. I don't know. I don't know yet.
Socrates was a wise man, not a man of knowledge. A man of knowledge would have
given a certain answer. Men of knowledge have certain answers, absolute
certainty -- that is part of their stupidity. In fact, only stupid minds can be
certain. Life is such a vast mystery, unfathomable, unknowable; if you are wise
you cannot be certain.
Wisdom is cautious. Wisdom hesitates. Wisdom is never certain. That's why wisdom
can never be confined to a theory. All theories are less than life, all theories
are narrow, and life cannot enter into them -- life is so vast, so tremendously
vast and infinite. A wise man only knows one thing: that he does not know. A man
of knowledge knows a thousand and one things and knows that he knows -- and
therein lies the foolishness of the man of knowledge. He goes on accumulating
facts unlived by himself: theories, words, philosophies -- untouched by his own
being. He goes on accumulating them in his memory. He becomes a vast reservoir
of knowledge, he becomes an Encyclopedia Britannica -- but a dead thing.
The more his memory becomes filled with knowledge the less and less he lives in
his being. The more and more he moves into the head, becomes a part, a fragment,
the less and less he is joined to the vast being and the universe and existence.
He becomes in a way non-existential. He is no more a part of this existence,
alive, radiant, vibrating. He is a frozen phenomenon; he no more flows with
life. He is like an iceberg, frozen and stuck somewhere -- stuck in the head.
Consciousness, when it becomes knowledge, becomes frozen; when consciousness
becomes wisdom it becomes a flow. A wise man lives, lives totally, but knows
only one thing -- that he doesn't know. To learn from a wise man is very
difficult, to learn from a man of knowledge is very easy. He can give you all
that he knows, he can transfer it very easily, language is enough of a vehicle.
All that he has gathered he has gathered through the mind, through language; it
can be communicated easily. A man of knowledge becomes a teacher. He can teach
you, and he can teach beautifully, things which he has not known at all. Maybe
that's why he is not as hesitant as a man who knows. Because when a man knows,
he also knows the opposite polarity of life. When a man really understands and
knows, he also knows that everything is joined with its opposite, everything is
meeting and melting into its opposite. Nothing can be said definitely because
the moment you say anything definitely you have stopped its flow, you have made
it a frozen fact. It is no more part of the river, it is an iceberg. Now you can
accumulate it in the storehouse of the mind.
A man who is wise is not a teacher -- he can be a Master but not a teacher. What
is the difference between the two? A teacher is ready to teach -- a Master is
never ready to teach. A teacher is aggressive, active -- a Master is
non-aggressive, inactive. A teacher will go and follow you and force you, so
that you can carry his knowledge on your shoulders. A Master waits. You have to
snatch from him, you have to partake of him. He will not follow you, he will not
force you. He will not even knock at your doors -- he will simply wait. You can
partake of his being. You can enter his inner emptiness, the inner palace of his
being, his inner kingdom, but that is up to you. You will have to do all the
work. The Master is only a presence. If you are attracted, you fall into the
presence.
