Thank you for your advice and help! When you sent the latest email below, I was meditating and I saw your smiling face far away the place where dazzling white light came from. You were in a very high place even from Sirius - the Avatar of Synthesis.

Yesterday, on December 30 in the morning in front of the rising sun I started meditation with my best friend who I feel is my soul sister. I wrote about her in my book...

I picked the Merkaba for building protection and placed it inside of my third eye. It immediately stimulates to receive energy from the crown chakra. It rayed the lights from every 8 hones. I gradually expanded Merkaba and I was sitting inside it. Then I compressed it to create a construct. I did it 8 times and placed these 8 sharp blades like Katana, a Japanese sword around outside of Merkaba protection. This was the first time I used the Merkaba Psychic Protection. The reason I chose it was that I wore a pendant head of the Tree of Life on my throat chakra. I have given this pendant head a long time ago when I lived in Hong Kong and even I hadn’t met James. I didn’t know what it was, it was a strange shape. But accidentally two months ago I discovered this was the tree of life (Kabbalah) in Judaism. Then, I often put it on my throat chakra. I don’t know why.

 

The Merkaba protection was so strong and stable. It helped to gather light and energy. I circulated energy from top to the bottom vigorously. I speeded up and suddenly I felt I could exist everywhere I had experienced in meditations. So I tried. I was in the temple with monks and sometimes I imagine I dipped my toes in Shakti. I did! I could be in multiple worlds at the same time!!! I was meditating on the hill outside of the palace where I received maintenance of my chakras. I felt a soothing breeze on my cheeks and there was a gigantic incredible canyon.

Then I realised that there were people who were meditating with me on the hill. They were supporting each other. Isn’t it nice! Meditations could transcend time and places. I was really enjoying and relaxed under stable protection, moreover, I was wearing the armour with extra coating for protection. I got so much energy that I tried loosening the borders.

Now I was everywhere, I was a part of Antahkarana, chakras, my mind computer, the futuristic library, golden lights, white lights and Shakti…. Of course, my mind computer was working on finding blockages and I was deleting them at the same time. There was no border between my computer and myself. Once I imagined, it happened. Meditating was so cool. I expanded Merkaba more and more… Because I was getting bigger as well. Then I opened my eyes.
 

This afternoon, I invited my ex-husband and my daughter for Sushi brunch at my place. I was amazed at how much I was calm and relaxed this time.

Because I had removed huge blockages from both my ex-husband and myself from our throat chakras. Also, because I had removed blockages from my past and future timelines on which my daughter was there I was able to have a  relaxed conversation with my teenage daughter.

Any of their negative attitudes didn’t affect my mood at all. They were quite the same as always, for instance, my ex-husband often used his iPhone and my daughter sometimes didn’t reply to me.

I had just changed somehow by using Energy Enhancement Meditation. I could see the situation above, objectively from a different perspective without the trauma from previous memories. I focused on their presence when I enjoyed making Sushi for them and spending time with them. I stopped thinking about myself and why they did such things.

It was pretty good.

The evening I received your email with advice. I reviewed 7-step and protections and learnt new techniques, such as time slam and compression… I planned how to remove blockages and ground thoroughly and prepared for raid attacks. This procedure was similar to Kendo matches. We prepared well, but once we started the match, we didn’t think, just believe in ourselves. Anyway, if we think about the match, it delayed actions and I would lose. So, I would do the same as Kendo way. Because it took a while to recover from the damage from the raids. I don’t want to do the same mistake.

After seeing my mother’s face on the blockage a couple of days ago, I was thinking about her life. She was diagnosed with ALS, it took a year to be diagnosed. During this time, she lost so much weight and got weakened and weaken. She was worried and kept questioning herself why until she died. It was two years ago. I found her dead body in the morning. On December 28, I decided to read her diary which was kept in the box. She wrote that she could not understand why she was diagnosed with ALS, even though she took care of her health so much to live until 100 years old. She didn't drink alcohol, or cigarettes or eat neither junk food.

Moreover, she didn’t free herself from a feeling of inferiority, she wrote in her diary. When I had written about my parents in my book I couldn’t read her diary, but I kept it when the time came. Now, I read through it crying. It was time to release her. I climbed up the hill where I meditated often with my soul friend and she helped me to burn my mother’s diary and bury my parents’ belongings. They would be free from my attachments and my blockages and theirs because I would remove all of the blockages in this meditation.

So I had prepared well this time. I crossed my legs and closed my eyes. I immediately connected to all, and at the same time, I built Merkaba and construct protections. I could exist everywhere and anytime, so I executed a time slam. From past to now, then from future to now, I shook blockages. I started compressing blockages from the crown chakra to the base chakra and removed them with white light and ground them. I did the 7-step process carefully. The Merkaba protections and compressing blockages worked, and I was not attacked.

When I moved down to the chakra below the base chakra, I looked up and found blockages in the base chakra! They were invisible like transparency, but when I saw them from different angles, I could see them as blisters. There were quite many and looks disgusting….. I circled them carefully with white light and removed them and compressed and grounded it.

Then many women from the timeline appeared. I sensed that those blockages were given when they were forced unwanted sex. I felt their anger and resentment. I had too much empathy for them. It was not good to heal them. A higher perspective was needed, so I asked for help. Then, Miroku Bosatsu (Maitreya Buddha) came. He was sitting elegantly in half lotus with a beautiful smile same as the statue I saw in Japan. I will attach the picture. He brought me higher. He was plenteous in mercy and listening to and healing them while I was removing blockages from them.

I used these blockages as magnets for searching for paired blockages and asked my mind computer to show blockages. I found some in my throat chakra and chakra below the base chakra. I compressed them and grounded them. The women were released and turned into white lights. They helped me to burn another blockage.

So I started seven steps. I was raided by BMs. This time I was prepared. I held my sword and fought them in the same manner as a Kendo practice. In Kendo, there is only attack, no defence. Keep attacking is also defending. I kept attacking before they attacked me. I stroke a Men which means cut the head off, a Dou which means cut the body half and a Kote which means cut the right hand off. I killed them all BMs, I grounded them to the centre of the earth. Because they were so many, they kept the big flame burning like a surge of flame. It burned the blockages in the chakras below the base chakra and even the chakras started melting down.

Next step, I focused on the controller of all BMs outside the planet. I released the tension in my shoulders, which my Kendo teacher always says me. I stood elegantly as Miroku Bosatsu and focused on my third eye.

This is also one of Kendo's techniques. We observe the situation in the match of Kendo by the third eye, not only looking at the opponent. Then someone or something was about to attack me from back in dark.

Do you remember that I opened an eye behind the head when I had a course with you in Spain quite a long time ago? Since then, I was maintaining this eye with my third eye. Thank God, it is high time to use it.

We fought in dark. He attacked from all over the place. I wanted to shock it or compress it, but I couldn’t see it. I asked you for help, Satchi!

Then you did! You shined with a big smile from far away, but it was enough. I grabbed the Controller's neck and jumped into the centre of the earth, into the melting hot magma. I trusted the armour which I was wearing. I was holding his neck in my left hand and holding a dagger in my right hand. The dagger I got from my great-grandmother last year in my meditation. She said “This dagger comes from this world with the fire of the blacksmith. In front of the fire of the blacksmith, your soul can be sparked into cellular form and all cellular forms of your body including your dignity and pride will be awoken. However, before this process, you must be purified, brightened, and burned of waste and toxicity, then you can alight on new ideas and attribute your new life to the influences of new ideas. And you will walk your new life with the great endurance of the samurai. The endurance of the samurai is only revealed without shadows and shame. Our endurance can be soothing, replenishing in the dark womb of dragons, then it will be the vital liquid of our soul and body.“ Then, she gave it to me.

I stabbed the controller’s heart with the dagger in the same manner as Kendo Kata. I practised many times this kata. My body remembered even in hot melting magma. I held this body until he transformed into a light. He became an angel and flew up holding hands with me. We reached at the top of Antahkarana and I touched the gemstone with a hot melting hand.

I had burned my shadow, shame and the controller.

My samurai endurance was revealed now.

The space opened beyond and because of the heat from me, the crystallised sky started to melt. Then blockages were falling toward me and the newborn angel. The newborn angel collected them by white light and burnt them and meantime I finished the 4th level to infinity in the seven step in the melting sky. I could go and reach them in the liquid sky. When I finished all, I took down the armour. I was melting into all. Then all fell into the darkness to soothe and replenish ourselves. I opened my eyes.

I am ready to meditate over midnight to the year 2023 through meditation.

Dear Satchi,


How are you?


Time advanced from 2022 to 2023. I was meditating. I closed my eyes while listening to the sound of fireworks. I went back to the same time a year ago. One of my friends called “Purple Leaf” finished running the half marathon, then we were on the phone for three and a half hours. We were talking about the definition of friendships and romantic relationships.

In the meditation I was observing our conversation from above, our egos or sub-personalities were talking and talking to get more attention without understanding the topic. Eventually, the one who felt not receiving enough energy, that was me, shattered one's ego. I felt getting smaller and sleepier and wanted to hang up the phone because I knew that I could not get the energy I wanted. He is the one who dominated our conversation. Despite the bad reception and being cut off several times, he called back each time. Whereas I thought I would finally be able to be free and get some sleep in order to gain energy by myself. My energy was draining and pouring…., I couldn’t even move my emotion at all.


In the meditation, I could see the one-way energy communication from above. Once I felt sad, empathy and compassion for both of us which means true ourselves.

Out of thin air Miroku Bosatsu (Maitreya) came in front of me. He overlapped with me. I felt how he felt. I experienced feeling plenteous in mercy in his manner. I didn’t think of myself at all. Zero…No, it was a bit different, I shamed myself and was embarrassed for how selfish I was compared to Miroku Bosatsu, at the same time, he was embracing my shame and filling me with enormous love. I’ve never reached its apotheosis. I surrendered to the way I did, learnt and thought it was right. Simply I had sympathy and accepted my friend, “Purple Leaf”. My last bit of anger, disappointment and resentment toward him ebbed away. I was smiling as Miroku Bosatsu.

Then Miroku Bosatsu in me started using my chakra function, especially the right side which was fixed by monks last week. Miroku Bosatsu was giving energy to my friend, “Purple Leave”, and me (last year) through my chakras.

I started to learn how to give energy through my chakras. Then, our shadow side or sub-personality became smaller, so I grounded them in the centre of the earth. Then, Miroku Bosatsu united us. We were integrated into the meditation. The past was integrated into the current and the future was integrated into it too. Everything was integrated into the flow of the energy. I released my legs and fell asleep.


On January 1, I woke up. It was 5:55. I brew coffee and crossed my legs on the yoga mat in the still-dark living room. I closed my eyes. I was in the womb of a rainbow dragon who lives under the centre of the earth. I curled up and rested. Thanks to Merkaba and the Tree of Life's protection, I felt safe and it allowed me to stop thinking about blockages for a while. All grounded. I let go of any small emotion raised in the dark. I kept my mind, emotion and thought still and flat. I got up in the dragon’s womb and sat. I was meditating in my meditation in the deepest and darkest place. I opened my eyes, but the sun didn't show up yet.


I went for a walk with my dog, Inca.


I meditated before I began yoga and Activated Solar Plexus. Because I felt something there. I connected it with the upper and lower chakras, Anahata Chakra and Sacral chakra. Perhaps an old wound from a year ago ached. that’s fine. I started yoga and Miroku Bosatsu came, so I thanked him for the last night. He overlapped me and we were in the temple above the Antahkarana.

Monks were chanting for us and I focused on breathing and he aligned my body for all asanas better than any day. I experienced the way how to live the moment. He didn’t allow my mind, heart and emotion to move. I kept them still and flat in the same manner in the dragon’s womb. I was breathing deeply and intentionally. When we reached the last asana called Utpluthih. I lifted up my body with crossed legs. Usually, when I get to the final pose I give up so easily, I could count to only 10. But this time, I was lifting up my body in front of monks. I counted 33, even my arms were shaking and my abdominal was aching. I wanted to manifest to Miroku Bosatsu and the monks. I was floating in my meditation.


Then, in the evening I received your email. You told me the source of the raiders. I had a blank mind. The source of the raiders?


On January 2, I had a kendo lesson. There was no other student. We practised kendo Kata No 1. We communicated through only eyes including the third eye. We moved slowly with high precision, not only our bodies but also our swords. There was no Miroku Bosatsu, but my kendo teacher was in front of me. I found myself boundary-less because it was hard to say the current was kendo practice or meditation. Before and after kendo practice, we meditate for a while. In my personal meditation with you, Satchi, I have my sword in my right hand to cut and circle my blockages. I did so many times since I learnt the 7 step, I hold the sword. So if I hold it I felt like I was meditating. … So I was meditating and practising the Katas, which means forms, with my kendo teacher. Sooner or later, I saw my teacher as my inner child. My teacher detected even the smallest misalignment and mistakes. I grounded them and kept my ego still. I was in charge of my practice, not my ego. We practised for 1 hour and a half.


 

At night, I crossed my legs and closed my eyes. I made protection of Merkaba and connected 8 hones to the tip of 8 constructs of thin blades. I spun them so fast. I received so much energy even I felt vibrations in my head and lower body. I scanned all chakras. They were wider to reach the edge of Merkaba and shining brilliantly. They seemed working well. So, I asked my mind computer where the source of the raiders. I was ready for any big attacks or raids. However, I found small holes in Muladhara Chakra and a small person was entering my protected area. Small thin people!! They are so small and climb up my spine and chakras. Who were they? I picked them up and circle them with my sword and ground to the centre of the earth. I removed the hole which was very long. I carefully hauled it up…. then, unbelievable. Satchi, I don’t understand why…. But it was connected to the gigantic spaceship. There were many round windows in the front and it was made of dark metal. I hesitated. What should I do?


On January 3, I meditated. I kept removing blockages from my timeline with the time slam technique. I worked down from seven to one, one at a time using the third eye, as you taught me. I jumped into the centre of the earth and held the strong and big blockages until they transformed into angels. I was melting in my armour burning blockages I could not see. I removed so many blockages, but there were still. I did compress a big one from the past to quasar once. When I grounded it, I felt so light as an angel. I could talk to angels and ask about that spaceship. Because I saw the vision of that spaceship. I didn’t want to go there, so I stayed in my protection. And I could feel the angels after meditation. It is wonderful.


I will keep meditating and removing blockages.

I was saying that in the movie one family owned the earth, there are thousands of planets, and thousands of Families of black magicians each owning a planet.

If we say that this family in the movie who own the earth called Abrasax are really the Abraxas demon then if they are people who learned to leave the body and live in private universes on the Astral plane, then these dark god black magicians vampirise the people of the Earth so they can live.

The only way to become free is to become enlightened, no energy blockages, fused with higher and higher chakras..

Strong enough to defeat any demon.

Strong enough to eventually live out of the body as an Angel.

How are you?

Thank you for your advice. I’ve burnt quite many blockages and negative feelings from the timeline of Karma every day since I took down the spaceship on January 5. I meditate before going to sleep, if the case of waking up in the middle of the night, I meditate first and go to sleep, then in the morning, before getting up. I noticed my dreams connected to my meditations and vice versa. I will review them. It is the longest review and most astonishing experience in meditation.


On January 5, I had a kendo lesson and there was a new fighter from the English army. We practised together. I noticed that I could read his mind through perhaps the Ajna chakra, not only his next move but also his personality, more or less his fear. It allowed me to calm down and focus on the moment and the sooner future. I’ve learnt only basic techniques since last January. Therefore, even though I could read his mind, I couldn’t get a point sometimes. I must move faster. However, this was a huge improvement and I am sure that the recent process of deeply removing blockages helped it.

The seven step and VITRIOL are amazing.


After the Kendo lesson, my teacher even noticed my change and simply praised my fast improvement. I didn’t notice my progress in Kendo, because I’ve practised for only a year. Other fighters have practised for more than 10 years. I started understanding what is the past life. I sometimes felt I was picking up something I learnt a long time ago. My Kendo teacher was strict and rarely praised me. He had been telling only the same basic advice again and again for a year, such as swaying the sword straightly or looking at the opponent to get him well-spaced. However, he and other fighters always praise me for one thing. I could move forward without fear and it scares them. Wow, I think this is also a reward for meditation. Thank you Satchi!


At night I meditated and focussed on taking the spaceship down. I had removed holes in my base chakra and the cord to the spaceship at the previous meditation. But there was the same spaceship in space, not in my Antahkarana or my protected area by Merkaba. I cut a circle around it with my sword and slowly grounded it. I sensed it was better not to use bombs. I did it and nothing happened after this. No attacks or raids. It burnt completely while I was watching down. Even no light came up. It was so weird. I completed 7 step, and I didn’t find anything. What was it? I went to sleep. Then, I had a strange dream. I was driving my car with my ex-husband (this is a very rare case he was in my dream). I decided to go to work even though today was a holiday. It was not the ordinary way to work. It was like a huge natural park in Africa. I was driving down a very steep slope and reached the river. I crossed the river, and then the river turned black with mad and increased rapidly. I immediately turned around and returned the way. The road became much steeper and my car could not go up. I woke up.


So, I meditated and get back to that situation. I cut the black muddy river in circles and made a bomb with white light from above and dropped it. Then, I was raided by many spaceships, thanks to Merkaba and four constructs. They could not reach me, but I could see them attacking me. I used the power of constructs and shocked all of the spaceships, but I could not find the BM in them. No BM in the spaceships! I turned my head to the right to ask help from my ex-husband and he turned into BM. He was already inside my Merkaba protection. So my ex-husband was the raider.

I got out of my car and asked my mind computer to show all blockages regarding my ex-husband. Then I saw the timeline with lots of black dots which connected to the history of all my Ex-relationships. I saw the swell of black, mushy karma mess with all relationships. This karma brought me to the current situation.

My mind computer showed me too clearly to understand. I swallowed the result. It was high time to burn them all at once. But how? I used the third eye to observe the BM, the raider and held the sword. I raised the light on the tip of the sword and it started shining. He kept changing into the appearance of my old partners one after another. It triggered memories with them and it gave me pain in the heart chakra.

I was removing the pain and clearing my heart chakra and it stuck to the karma in the timeline. Wow, it is quite useful, so I asked my mind computer to compress the removed blockages stuck to the Karma and execute the time slam automatically.

Now I could focus on the BM, and all my exes. I looked at them with the third eye. I could see the Karmic negative history behind their minds, so of course, I started to seven step all the Karmic negative history with my sword. Cut, cut, cut and cut.

Then, the BM changed into all my exes at the same time. There are more than 5 BMs in front of me. All negative memories triggered my emotion and I felt the pain in my heart chakra. I asked for help because I could not fight them all at once.

Then, somebody appeared who wore Kimono, and started fighting without mercy and he was amazingly quick. I followed his manner. I froze my emotion and executed all karma. Now all blockages and Karma were piled in front of us. I asked the angel to throw it at the BM. It stuck to him. I pointed the tip of my sword to his third eye and asked him to bring all spaceships which stayed in space. I asked him again, all to the infinity.

In the background, I compressed all spaceships and a planet. You are right. It came from the planet. I cut them in circles and brought them all together and grabbed BM’s neck and jumped into the centre of the earth. We were so many in the melting hot magma. There was a big flame and the bottom was burnt down. Then, another chakra below the centre of the earth held us. I held his neck until it all burnt.

Then the beautiful angel appeared after all the negativity was burnt away from the Black Magician blockage. The angel had been trapped, imprisoned by the Karmic mass put around him in a Satanic Ritual - the way all Demons are created. I asked him to join with and augment my psychic body - the new Energy Enhancement method of evolution! He held my hand and we flew up to the top of the Antahkarana and touched the gemstone. The space opened.

We were in the temple with monks. I took down a burned armour and monks started to fix it in the blacksmith. Miroku Bosatsu brought us behind the golden curtain with beautiful embroidery. We met Buddha, but not human, he was like a statue. He put his palm on my third eye and then, I lost consciousness.

I was lying down and somebody was cleaning my brain!!! I heard the voice in my mind. He is removing rust from my brain wrinkles. I fall asleep.


On January 6, I meditated and went through a timeline. I asked my mind computer to show the blockages regarding Karma. There were still many so I did the 7 step quietly and thoroughly. There is no big fight like yesterday. I precisely picked them and grounded them.

My mind computer worked much faster and my focus was better. How many did I ground… so many lights, angels, came up and I placed them around my clean brain. The light could go through all wrinkles. I felt really light.


Then in the evening, I went to the sauna with my friend. The hot air in the 120-degree hot sauna reminded me of the melting hot magma in the centre of the earth. I cleaned all chakras in 7 step with hot air in the sauna. It worked well.


On January 7, I went to morning Yoga Mysore. I felt much lighter and keep doing 7 step through the chakras. During Shavasana, the Angel who went to the temple with me came into my mind and he asked me whether I want to experience like an angel. I said yes! He flew down and overlapped me. I was inside him or he was inside me. It doesn’t matter. I experienced how an angel felt, think and fly. Wow, they were so happy. Actually, they didn’t think the way I did. And they were so light and always following the light. And he was quite spontaneous and had a beautiful mind like a clear sky. I kept feeling like him for the rest of the day. He did clean my flat!! It was rewarding.

On January 8, it was yesterday. I meditated and started visiting above Antahkarana to thank the monks, Miroku Bosatsu and Buddha. I went up and kneeled down and bowed toward them with reverence. They returned me the armour which is shining like gold now. They opened the space behind me and let me enter.

It was a beautiful shining white room. There is a statue decorated with hundreds of flowers. He has four arms. He stabbed the sword into my head to the bottom of my spine. It didn’t hurt at all. And it disappeared. Then, he was holding a discus and cut a circle around me like I was a blockage. I kneeled down and bowed.

He showed me a different door made of stone. I entered. There was a long corridor and I could see a beautiful garden like a jungle on the left. I reached the room at the end of the corridor. It looked like a waiting room. There is a man wearing armour with a sword like me. We nodded to each other and my third eye caught his. We immediately telepathically exchanged some memories which were something old and nostalgic.

Then, the scene changed. I was in the same place in the palace, but there was a big horrible battle in the palace and in the field. I knew this happening, my brother and my father had attacked our palace where I was forced to marry this country for political reasons which were only beneficial to my brother and father.

Then, they decided to take it down by force, so they set fire to the palace. I was stuck in the fire and somebody called me from the garden on the right side. I saw the same man wearing armour. He asked me to jump because he wanted to save me. But I said I couldn’t. I didn’t want to escape from the battle against my brother and father. I must fight for this country. There is no way out.

He had served my Samurai father for a long time so we were friends before. I was overwhelmed and cried during the meditation. Unbelievable, I felt I had felt that time. Oh my god, this was Karma. He asked me badly to jump to him. I didn’t and the fire caught me.

He was the man who helped me fight with the BM a couple of days ago. I knew that he would help me anytime. I asked my mind computer to find his Karma and blockages in the future of my timeline related to this man, my brother and my father. I really wanted to make sure to remove as many as possible. I removed them by 7 step and gathered and lined them up in one place.

I observed in the air this gargantuan black sticky ocean. That I was carrying within me!!! Of course, it made me feel bad and negative…… I shocked it with energy from the top and put constructs around it. Then I saw it look like a quasar which I saw in the picture from Hubble. (btw I am a big fan of Hubble, this is my favourite picture, “Hubble Space Telescope Spots Quasar Tsunamis”) as you told me.

Then I grounded it with all power I could get. It created the biggest flame I’ve ever seen and became a massive volcano eruption. The heat was ascending up to the top of my Antahkarana through all my chakras. It burnt even more blockages!

Then, a brilliant white light came up. It was a beautiful lady angel and she held my hand to fly up to the top of Antahkarana. We touched the gemstone which has rainbow colours. The space opened. The futuristic library was extended and I saw a book which was shining in gold. I took it and placed it on my mind computer. It scanned the golden book. The space opened further. I went through it. It was packed with amazing bright light and beautiful nature. Then I saw the rainbow in the sky. I slept after that. I saw the same rainbow in my dream. Wow….. I lack words to explain all. It was a kind of miracle.


I am looking forward to meditating tonight. I will burn more Karmic mass. I knew it never end.
