This chakra resides about one inch below the navel and controls sexual organs, the endocrine glands of the gonads in men and the ovaries in women. 

Its normal function is blocked by the fear of being hurt by relationships. By people or things which we are strongly attached to - like parents, children or spouse being taken away from us by death or disagreement. 

The result of this pain, which is stored in the second chakra, is the inability to breathe into the abdomen.

In 30% of all people, as found in many surveys, this is the case.

 30% of all people cannot breathe naturally, automatically, without constantly turning their attention towards breathing properly.

 In extreme cases this lack of proper breathing function contributes or even causes panic attacks, multiple sclerosis, and M.E. or "yuppie flu". 

In some people this pain turns into disease causing Endometriosis, Polyps, Hysterectomies and Stomach Cancer

Always it causes a lack of energy. 

On the Energy Enhancement Course, one of the first things we do is to show how to retrain the Breathing Function.

So, the retraining of the breathing function can help release this stored pain and give much more energy to the system. 

Further, the Grounding of Negative Energies, An advanced technique taught in the Energy Enhancement Course, can totally release all this pain.

I remember one of our Energy Enhancement Students who has testified to the fact that from the age of 16, her periods were always associated with intense pain such that she went white with it and always had to dose herself up with the strongest analgesics at that time.

In meditation, I went down the energy connections between chakras between me and her because I was feeling her pain. On higher spiritual levels, "There is no separation". We are as one. We know each other intimately.

I found 3 energy blockages in her second chakra and using the advanced techniques of Energy Enhancement Levels 2 and 3, 

I Grounded the Negative Energies of her Blockages and then totally removed the Blockages.

From that time she had no more pain during the time of her periods, but she needed to know "How never to have that pain, Ever Again!!" taught in Energy Enhancement Course Level 3. Otherwise the blockages would probably return.

Really, healing others is just giving them a little time, so that they can learn to heal themselves.

It is Negative Energy held in the Second Chakra, which causes all of the above problems

The lack of education of the Second Chakra is called a lack of Emotional Intelligence Quotient (IQ) which causes the fleeting desire filled relationships we see in modern society and the emotional pain which is always involved. 

This emotional pain is negative Energy, which causes all the above problems.

The education of the emotions is encompassed in the statement from the "Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" - the father of Raja Yoga from the second century AD - "The conscious self mastery of non-attachment towards those things heard about or seen." The ability to stop and start attachment, at will.

The 2nd chakra is also called "the lower emotional centre" which is involved in the marital connection,  The Psychic - Sexual Connection and the nurturing of children.

The Sanskrit name for Mastery is Acharya. 

God can be Brahma. 

The mastery of the connection with God is Brahmacharya. 

In Sanskrit Brahmacharya is sometimes translated as "Celibacy" but it is not celibacy. The ability to be celibate is only a side effect of the mastery of the Crown Chakra connection. 

When your connection with God is the Highest. Then you have Mastery over any lower connection. And that lower connection can be the connections between the Second Chakras. 

The Lower Emotional connection. The connection which can create dependency when addicted to. The connection which is needed in order to create babies.

If you become attached to any Energy lower than the very highest, then you will find the problem of the next story.

Once upon a time there were two boatmen. They knew how to row, but they did not own a boat. They had been drinking and decided to ‘borrow’ a boat and go to a neighbouring town on the River Ganges. At about midnight they came to the shore and saw a new boat there. The moment they saw the boat they were happy.

"We have a boat. Come on, get in." They found the oars and started rowing. All night they were just singing a song as they rowed. Slowly, dawn came.

As you may know, people normally come to take a bath in the Ganges in the early morning. The boatmen saw a couple of people coming whose faces were familiar. "That’s strange," they thought. "How did they get here so easily?" We’ve been rowing half the night."

Soon there was a little more light, and they saw familiar buildings.

"Hey," they called to the bathers; "we are still in the same place. What happened?"

The bathers replied, "What did you expect? Whose boat is this?"

"We just wanted to go to the neighbouring town and come back soon. We have been rowing the whole night. Why are we still here?"

"You fools," they said. "You forgot to undo the knot of the rope attached to the shore. All the while you were tied to the shore."

In the Zen tradition we chant the Heart Sutra to increase our energies. The last sentence of the chant says "Gyate, gyate, paragyate, parasamgyate, bodhi svaha!" The translation of this is "Gone, gone. Gone to the other shore. Landed on the other shore. Let’s go!" or even "Gone, gone beyond. Gone beyond the beyond. Let’s go!"

Without loosing the ropes of attachment, no matter how much practice we do we cannot attain complete freedom to ride the holographic wave of awareness, of integration.

There is a good method. 

 My house, my money, my country, my race, my children, my wife, my parents, my body, my intellect, my this and that. Know that every "mine", when it is threatened or taken away from you, will explode into the pain and negativity held in the second chakra.

If the above list was very long then know that you are very far from your goal. As you reduce the list you know you are coming closer to the "other shore."

Disappointment,- The Pain of Bereavement, Divorce and leaving are at the top of this list.

When we are in the belly of our mother we are fed physically through the umbilical chord into the abdomen, the seat of the Second Chakra. When we are born the chord is cut. Into the very same spot, the second chakra, are already going the energies of the father and mother along psychic, energetic, connections.

You can see an example of this occurring when we take a Kirlian photograph of a cut leaf. The energetic structure of the leaf, its energetic pattern, is still entirely visible. The energetic connection, still continues.

The child and then the adult thinks that the energy, transferred to the child along this lower emotional connection is love. It is not. It is energetic food for the child and is entirely necessary until it is weaned of these energies. Until the child can become an independent individual. Until the child can learn about these second chakra connections and how to stop them and start them at will.

We all need to learn to become independent and free. Energy Enhancement level 2 teaches these techniques.

Children ideally need to become weaned of this energy so that they can become individuals, strongly independent of others with enough vital energy for more than their own needs. Because most people do not know how to do this, the opposite is usually the case. Children remain dependent upon, and connected to, their parents usually until their parents die and bereavement kicks in. This addiction to the energies of the second chakra is one of the Major causes of the failure of the Integration of the Emotional body.

The problem is that of disappointment. That is – when we make an appointment which then gets dissed.

The emotional body tries to become integrated between the ages of 15 and 24 months.

The child tries hard to understand that its parents have other interests other than him. That this child is not the sole focus of the world.

Therefore at this early age disappointment and pain become locked into the second chakra causing disease, shallow breathing and sexual dysfunction.

It also causes the child to search for methods to overcome this no. The Strategies of the Tyrant we go into later but these strategies cause the child and later the adult many difficulties in functioning in society.

Along these energetic connections into the Second Chakra, the child feels the emotions of the parents, love, rejection, anger, hate, and also any bad feelings between the parents. As the sensitive child feels these energies they can become too strong for it. Then they start to gather pain in the second chakra. Then the second chakra becomes a dangerous place. The sensitive child cuts off from the energetic connection and the painful memories held in the second chakra. Now we are getting into the aversion to the energy of the second chakra. If a child gets a strong shock through the second chakra then the result is pain held in the second chakra.

The parent taking care of the child normally gives the child a tremendous amount of this food energy from their own store of energy. Some adults, with more energy control can give more than others. Some parents give everything to their children on the path of learning about energy. Their hair turns white. Their teeth disappear. They become wizened and old before their time. In this way we learn the need of being strong. Energy Enhancement techniques are taught to enable people to have more energy for any task. Some parents can thrive with more children through having more energy and more control of energy. Some children can take second chakra energy competitively, in a bad way, or absorb it naturally in a good way, and thus become stronger and perhaps more intelligent, depending upon their evolution.

Usually, in this society, wives look after the children more than the men although more and more men now look after children. The other parent, not looking after the children will then have more energy for outside interests like work.

The other parent, like a child, can absorb energy from their partner. This will make them stronger and more potent whilst the other, vampirised, partner gives energy as they would to a child. These partners often look for other illegitimate partners to vampirise. They look for other girlfriends or boyfriends.

Sometimes this other parent competes with the children for this "love" the energy of their partner. True love comes from the heart. Food energy comes from the second Chakra. The children need this input of energy from the second chakra and cannot thrive, grow strong and intelligent without it. It is a legitimate use of the second chakra to give energy to children. Only when children leave home can life return to normal, usually, and the personal life continue for the parent. Then, the energy can start to rise higher.

The partner who vampirises needs to learn how to be independent and how to gain their energy from a higher source. Some partners feel they need to give, get addicted to giving, this energy, to their children and partners, to feel wanted. As though they have a job. When their children leave they feel old and useless. When their partner leaves they feel old and useless. It is a natural and good thing to learn to give energy well through bringing up children. It is a choice with no bad or good connotations as to when you want to give up this job and learn other ways of using energy.

The problem is attachment or addiction to this particular way. People need to learn to become independent of their partners energy. Behind every successful man there is a good woman is the popular conception. Although it is normal to have vampire-like parasitic relationships, it does cut down the option and strength of the vampirised partner. Many relationships come to an end in divorce because this form of rape is becoming known about and abhorred although it does no real harm to consenting adults.

So that these types of relationships become completely unnecessary. So that we can all become free to rise to higher things. Energy Enhancement teaches how to use the second chakra energies appropriately. How to give or receive at will appropriately.

Like giving energy to a sick child they give of their own energy. They have a lot of energy and can make people well with its use. The higher healers use energy through the chakra which is most needed. They do not give their own energy, they channel energy from a higher source. In this way, parents, children and healers start to evolve. To learn about energy. Its Enhancement, its Chakra frequency levels. Connection to higher sources of energy. Later they become aware of the need to work with their energy consciously. To evolve consciously instead of automatically, like a robot. To use techniques like those of Energy Enhancement.

The Second Level of Energy Enhancement teaches how to notice these destructive, attention seeking, strategies or Thoughtforms. However, only Energy Enhancement teaches how to drain these thoughtforms of energy and how to totally remove them from your life.

Just as important. 

Have you noticed that all relationship operas and dramas end in one of the partners dying?

This is the end of all relationships. No one gets out of life, alive!!

And the allowing of, as they come let them come, don't push them away.

As they go let them go, don't hold onto them.

When a partner, parent or child is taken away by death. When our lover unexpectedly leaves us, or leaves us when we desire they do not.

 Then we have the pain of bereavement and loss in the second chakra.

The energetic connection between second chakras is like a taut elastic band. When this connection is violently broken as in bereavement or the violent breaking up of a relationship, it snaps back into the belly in an explosion of hurt and pain.

Again, the second chakra connection is there for the creation of children, the feeding of children and the healing of the old or sick. It is truly sad that people have to feel this pain. Again, Energy Enhancement Techniques can help to dissolve this pain. Energy Enhancement also helps to teach about appropriate connection and disconnection.

Sometimes these painful separations occur when the second chakra connection has not been necessary or appropriate. If we can help more people to be independent of this food connection. If we can help to connect more people to the universal energy field so that they no longer need a parasitic relationship. 

Then we can show that a more appropriate connection in relationships is between Hearts or higher chakras when we want to let them go..

This energetic reality and practise we teach in Energy Enhancement Level 3.

Totally master all your relationships with Energy Enhancement!!!

When we are children, we are dependent on the energies of our parents. We depend upon being fed energy from them into our lower chakras, because we have not yet developed the higher chakras sufficiently to develop a connection to the Universal Energy Source through the crown chakra which makes us independent of others. 

When we do not need the energy from our parents. When we do not need the energy from our partners. When we stop becoming a dependent vampire, dependent upon the energies of all other people around us, then we become independent of needing to steal energies from other people. 

When we develop our ability to open the crown chakra, we then become an independent channel of energies at every chakra vibrational energy level. We then become an independent energy source for everyone around us. This is one of the benefits of being Enlightened.

However, as a child we are dependent on others for our energies. We then notice that we are in competition for this energy with all of our sisters and brothers.

Also, Male Children are competing for energy of their mother with their father. Thus the Oedipus complex.

Female children are competing for the energy of their father with their mother. Thus the Electra complex.

We are also competing for attention and energy with everything external which takes our parents attention away from us. 

Children can become weaned of this need to steal energy from their parents between the ages of 5 and 7. However, in this society at our present level of evolution, this very rarely happens.

We remain connected to our parents for the rest of our lives.

We connect with all of our partners and friends in this way

Most relationships tend to become battlefields for this energy. 

The children and the parents compete for energy because they fear not having any. No energy means you could die. It is like the survival of the fittest. 

The real problems come when we then use this strategy to gain attention and therefore energy, without knowing we do, automatically and robotically for the rest of our lives.

If we are lucky we can learn to limit the bad effects of this strategy by seeing how we ourselves fit into the patterns of the strategies. We need to see which strategies we are using robotically, because everyone is using these strategies in very destructive ways, quite normally and without realising what we are doing.

The problem of strategies is so deep that we get upset, emotionally, when we even get these strategies described to us. We get angry or depressed when the description of these strategies push our buttons because, unconsciously, at a very deep, ancient and childish level. Because we all developed these strategies when we were very young. 

At a very deep, ancient and childish level we really believe these strategies are Absolutely Necessary to our Survival.

I am here to say that these strategies are not necessary to our survival. I am here to say that the unconscious use of these strategies is Immensley destructive to  your life. Because we are all users of these strategies whether the use is mild or intense.

The psychic mechanisms or psychic computer programs which are the strategies, are almost like separate little personalities which use our body minds to get attention because they were programmed to do so at a very early, childish age.

Jesus Christ said "My name is Legion" Or, I have a thousand little personalities inside me which work automatically to get attention.

The Master Gurdjieff said that the person who says he will get up at 4 o' clock in the morning, is not the same person who throws the alarm clock our of the window! 

Again, these psychic programs shuttle in and out of the conscious mind or the computer RAM. 

I always ask my students, "Who's in Charge!!"

The answer is that usually, unconsciously, robotically, these strategies are in charge.

Like all Zen Masters my aim is to say WAKE UP!

To wake up the higher part of your spiritual hierarchy to take back control from the lower parts.

Human beings are a hierarchy of control systems, of parallel processors, called the chakras. Going down from Soul Connection to the Intellect, the Emotions to the Physical. 

The highest part of the hierarchy SHOULD be in charge. These strategies work at a lower level of the hierarchy. AT THE EMOTIONAL LEVEL.

I am here to describe these strategies in an intellectual fashion, trying to keep the emotions out of it, but I must warn you that many people will get really upset, reading the following descriptions. Because the first step in healing these strategies is to admit to their presence within us. The childish part of ourselves will have a big investment in denying the use of these strategies.

Strategies have been created, as a child, to get attention from all others around you.

They are tiny, unconsciously used, psychic computer programs which act like tiny tyrant-like personalities within us. Their only function is to get attention and drain the energy out of everyone around us. And if they are doing their job properly they are very pleased. They are happy doing their jobs well.

These tyrant-like personalities, strategies do not care about the effects of their use in our lives in other ways. They do not care about their destructive action upon our deep relationships. They do not care about the pain their use engenders in all around us.

In the end, these strategies do not care about us at all.

They do not care if we live or die, as long as they get the attention they crave. The attention they were created to get from everyone around us.

Each strategy pattern limits us and prevents our freedom. All the theories of introvert and extrovert; oral, rigid, masochistic, psychopathic, schizoid. The Space Jockeys, the Intellectuals the Pleasers the Blamers. All the character patterns of the signs of the Zodiac.

All these strategies, in the end, are all different types of Tyrant.

The first step in Learning how to HEAL all your childish selfish Thoughtforms is to intellectually see the mechanism within others, and then in ourselves. 

However, only Energy Enhancement techniques have the possiblity of totally draining the energy out of these mechanisms. Of totally drawing these separated selves, hurt inner children, back into the central stem of the personality. This process is energetic and not intellectual.

Note that all these strategies can be used unselfishly for a good purpose if we wish. But only if the use is for a good purpose and entirely consciously used

However, usually we all use them selfishly And these Strategies which we All use unconsciously to steal energies from others, can lead us into painful situations which can depress us and which can lead to destructive patterns in our lives. To our very DEATH itself:-

Little Johnny has his head down and is looking miserable. Mother says "What's up little Johnny?" BINGO!! The strategy has worked! When we remain quiet then our mothers often ask if there is a problem.We have caught the attention, the energy, the love of our mothers. 

These people are usually called introverts.

However they are psychic programs which worked once as a child to get the attention from everyone around them. Because of this people remain quiet and show no love at inappropriate times, simply because this strategy worked once.

Little Johnny is at work. He is using his favourite strategy and is very quiet at his desk. The boss comes in and says to his section leader, "I don't know what's up with that little Johnny", "He doesn't have any get up and go!", "Perhaps we should get rid of him?"

Little Johnny is married to his soul mate and their marriage is having a rough time. She craves love and attention but the more she wants, the more little Johnny sits in his chair, with his head down and ignores her. Why not? It worked with his mother!

But eventually, because little Johnny cannot change. Because the use of this aloof strategy is entirely unconscious. The marriage breaks down and neither of them knows why. "It just didn't work out", they say. "Lets try again", they say.

Further than the aloof strategy the Poor Me gains energy by being sad or sick.  sometimes an Alcoholic or a Drug Addict. They are so sad that one feels guilty to be happy in their presence. Needless to say, this childish personality will do anything, hurt or even kill themselves to gain your attention and your Energy!

We once had a dog. And when it was a puppy it hurt its paw and we all gave it a lot of attention.

For the rest of its life, whenever that puppy wanted attention it just lifted up its paw. It didn't matter that the paw was not hurt. That dog knew that when it was a puppy, that hurt paw had got it a load of attention. It worked then, why shouldn't it work now.

That little doggy had been programmed at an early age with a bad case of "Sore Paw".

It got so that whenever it raised its paw we all said, "Sore Paw!"

But we all knew that the paw was not hurt and eventually we gave up laughing at the little doggy and giving it even the minor attention of, "Sore Paw!" We just ignored it because we knew it just wanted attention.

This hurt the little doggy, and before we knew it, that little Doggy was always getting into fights with other Dogs  and getting hurt. 

It had various accidents and got hurt. 

One day a car ran over it and we had to amputate one of its legs.

One day it fell off a cliff and got concussion. After that it always had a serious dent in its head and got to shaking its head and trembling from time to time.

Eventually it got cancer and lingered for two years before finally shuttling off this mortal coil.

Again, the strategy does not care what happens to you. It is a psychic computer program, whose job is to get attention and thus energy and "Love". To Vampirise EVERYONE ELSE!!

One of our friends is a psychologist and works in an asylum treating drug addicts.

Bright as a whip. A brain the size of a planet. The complete STAR!!

As she described to me, one day she got to feeling bored with her life, because she was aimless, and to "Make Something Happen", She married one of her clients from the asylum. An ex drug addict, a cook, and an Arab!!

She and her three children, each of whom she had had with a different partner, went off to live in the Mountains. She invested in a beautiful house in the countryside, miles away from her mother and her sister and the city where she was born. 

She had a beautiful daughter with the guy, but the restaurant out in the country was not a success.

After a while, she got to feeling that the guy was not really for her and their relationship got a bit strained. She came back to her city to think about the future. She was discussing with me and her family her plans to leave the guy, sell the house and move back to the city. But you know, her family were used to her and she didn't get much sympathy. It was all quite normal really.

What the strategy needed was a DRAMA.

When she got back to the mountains, she found that the guy had taken the daughter to his parents and they were contesting the guardianship of the child.

She suspected her husband was abusing her child.

When she came back to the city she got a lot of attention and when she bravely stole back the child and came back to the city to live the victory for attention. 

The Drama Strategy creating  pseudo meaning and significance, was complete.

By asking questions or telling jokes only to gain approval, attention and therefore energy. The Fame Game destroys your life as your fame diminishes. There are many ways to be a star. But ask yourself why they/you are doing it? If all they/you want is attention. If they/you have no selfless inner purpose. Then this is just another selfish strategy to gain your/their attention.

Further, The Selfish Competitive Star is tremendously competitive. The Star lives by the law of Gengis Khan – "It is not enough that I succeed, all others must fail"

The Star will work actively, competitively and jealously to destroy all other competitors.

The Selfish and jealous Star is a polarity which needs Poor Me's and Yes Men to confirm him or her in her place. 

In the BDSM world the Violator/Star is the Dom and the Poor Me is the Slave. 

To keep them Stars are incredibly generous to Poor me's, but they can not have another Star in their orbit.

Other Stars they try to Demolish, Destroy their reputations or murder. 

See the Film Amadeus for an example of how the Composer Salieri destroyed Mozart professionally and in the end contributed to his death.

When they are up, everybody is up. When they are right they are very right, When they are wrong, They are Still Right. 

If you know these rules you can easily live off a Star. You only need to make yourself indispensible in propping up their ego.

It is interesting that Strategies can be used in Combinations.

A small thing and not as extreme as others but once we knew a person who was an excellent cook and who looked after her diet, ate little, was vegetarian. But after a while,  she refused to eat with others.

A Star always knows best how to do everything, even cooking.

An aloof strategy always withdraws to gain attention, energy and love.

The violator waits until asked and then gives violator reasons for not joining in. And then complains that nobody wanted to cook for her to all her friends.

Further than the interrogator and the star, this person uses powerful hurtful means to get your energy. Verbal abuse, Physical abuse. Rape.

The Violator cannot forgive. Cannot see the neccessity for Forgiveness. Thinks in terms of Revenge and will never turn the other cheek. And so the Violent cycle goes on from lifetime to lifetime, killing and being killed, torturing and being tortured. Until Finally, YOU SAY STOP!!!

Like the Star, the Violator needs a Poor Me to show his power. The Sado Masochist continues until he sees the value of the Sufi Teaching Tale...

 One day a Sannyasin came to see Swami Satchidananda to ask for his recommendation.

Swami Satchidananda said, "What?!! You want me to vouch for you?" and proceeded to angrily lay into the poor guy at length and in great detail to him and his antecedents.

At that time, due to my own anger inside I was sensitive to the expressions of anger outside.

As within, so without.

As you point one finger, know that the other three of your fingers are pointing back at you.

We only notice and complain about the faults which we have inside ourselves.

So I interposed myself in the proceedings and asked Swami a Question whilst he was in mid flow.

He turned to me kindlily, with a twinkle in his eye and answered my question at full length. Then he asked if I was satisfied with his reply to which I replied, "Yes!"

Then he turned around to the poor uppity Sannyasin and continued his exploration of his defects.

The thing I got out of that was that Swami was not angry or patient or anything. He was just appropriate. 

He had the ability to act any emotion as neccessary without being affected by it.

He may even have been testing out the Emotional IQ of the sannyasin. He might even have signed his paper later!!

Swami always said, "Put the anger in your pocket. Then you can use it when needed."

To do this, Meditation in a hut at the bottom of the Garden is neccessary for many years... 

Or use the Techniques of Energy Enahncement to Quickly Ground the Energy of the Strategies.

Everyone will use all of these strategies at some time in their lives. Usually people cycle between them. As one fails they try another, stronger one. And then will be sorry and swear that they will never use them again.

We are all Dependent Vampires, stealers of energy. The only way out is to connect to a higher level of energy which can never fail. To become Independent. Then we can comfortably destroy these negative thoughtforms in our lives. Energy Enhancement Level Two shows the way to do it.

We need to clearly see the action of any of these patterns in our lives. Patterns which are based upon fear. Patterns which are based upon selfishly getting attention. Before we can be free of them. We need to see the action of any of these patterns in our personal history.

The energy which is given through the second chakra is not then available to be transferred through to the Throat chakra. It can prevent personal creativity for a while. It can prevent energy going to the head. It can reduce our Intelligence Quotient for a while. However, people with strong sexual drives are learning how to control them. Their productivity depends on how well they do this.

The Aloof and the Interrogator feed off each other. The Aloof stay quiet and avert their eyes to gain attention and thus more energy. The Interrogator gets irritated at the aloofness and starts to ask questions in order to gain the attention and energy of the Aloof. They can really take their parts seriously and get angry and upset during the playing of these games. Their strategies to gain energy.

The Poor Me and the Intimidator or Violator feed off each other. They are more dangerous but extensions of the other pair. The Poor Me will create something to make you sorry for them and thus get your energy. They will make you feel sorry for being better off than them. The Alcoholic. The ill. The person crippled by previous hurts, emotional or physical can all be examples of this type. They all want your energy. The Intimidator creates the Poor me and one easily slips to the other. They threaten violence to get your attention. They violate and abuse to control, to get your energy.

Moreover, many people use the Star to impress their partners to start with, then in the family they become poor me’s or violators to get their energy.

Some men are always complaining about their wives and the meaninglessness of their lives. Even they do not know that they are using the Poor Me to attract attention.

What I’m trying to get over is that almost everyone is shuttling from one strategy to another without noticing it.

These games are taught in early life. Most people cannot see their own dramas and will carry on doing them without any conscious knowledge of them doing it. In the process they will teach their children the same tricks. Unless we can see our dramas for what they are. 

Just seeing how we play these games ourselves allows us to see the neccessity of stopping them.

Many people are trying to show us our patterns and how we are limited by them. Each family is the training ground for how to get, to steal more energy.

The only release, in the end, is learn how to control our energy.

The effects of these strategies on society is vast. Most people shuttle from Star to attract a partner, to Poor Me, or if that does not work, to Violator to gain the attention (love) of their partners.

Some therapists bring intellectual attention to these strategies that you are using but this rarely works and the cure of an Alcoholic is described by some psychologists as being like chipping ice off the North Pole.

Although this intellectual attention can ameliorate their effects, it cannot stop the violator who swears that he will never beat up his wife again. Who says that he did not know what came over him.

And not only these gross effects. A person lost in these second chakra strategies will be totally controlled by them in little ways.
