Growing Up and Healing the Inner Child.

There is little possibility of growing up into a good, loving and responsible adult, without healing the inner child and the inner adolescent. These inner psychological entities will control the outer adult from the depths of the human psyche. As adults, we will be confused, frustrated and unhappy, and we will not be able to work out why we are thinking, feeling and acting the way that we are.

We all want to be happy, loved and loving. But to attain to this state of being, we must perform a little inner work upon ourselves (or see it as play if that helps).

We NEED to heal all those pains, frustrations, emotional and psychological leftovers from early life, otherwise we just cannot live a happy adult life. We may lead the adult life that our parents, and our society have dictated and this might be very suitable - or it may not. Other people live a makeshift life caught between the emotional tides of these unhealed childish emotions and mentalities. Some turn to drink and drugs, others seek refuge in Mental Health Institutions.

One thing is certain, without healing the inner child and adolescent, we will live a random and unhappy life - unsure of ourselves and others, and this kind of suffering is NOT OUR SOULPATH, it is the chaos and hurt of these unhealed, childish immaturity's.

Without this healing, we cannot Self Realize and lead a happy and fruitful life that benefits the One and All, rather we may lead a destructive and unhappy life that spreads nothing but pain and suffering to everyone that we meet.

It is worth remembering that the peak of any true adult human life is this samadhi - this union with the heart of creation - so we should consider this in relation to this inner healing process.

No inner healing = No Real Progression = No Lasting Peace and Happiness.

And that's a fact.
