What Laura Steiman found with Energy Enhancement.

"When I started to meditate I got the feeling that I needed to Ground, to go
down.. I tried to breathe and concentrated on my breathing but the need to go
down was more strong and I felt that all of the energy was directed into the
zone of the pelvis and the legs.

The pelvis started to vibrate. All this part of my body and after there was
hot and cold energy through my spine.

At this moment I asked for help and I felt something fold down like a veil and
I felt naked.

I got the will to cry and I cried and the lower part of my body continued to
vibrate.

Then I wanted to laugh. Then there was an emptiness in my chest and head.

During this process I got a lot of images in my head like a film but not
connecting with this present life. I was seeing some of my past lives I
think."

We explained to Laura that this was just the process of clearing of negative
energies.

The So-Called kundalini experiences are just that.

One day a student went to Sufi Master, Saadi of Shiraz and said, "Wow, the
energy was certainly coursing through you today at meditation. You were
shaking with the power of the energy coming through you!!"

Saadi replied, "When the energy is flowing correctly, there is no movement."

Later Laura was still shaking every meditation for a week and cold and heat,but after that things calmed down and Her vibrating "Culo" as we joked, because she comes from Argentina and the above is translated from the Spanish, stopped shaking as she went on to better things in her meditation.

what i thought was a sinus infection but now i know it was a clearing of old
debris. since december of that same year, i have had these vibrations that you
speak of in this e-mail. they started in my mouth area and a short time after,
in my pelvis and upper thigh area. i still have these to this day. i do seem
to have more energy from this. have you ever heard of this before for such a
long time and what additonal info or advice could you give me?

The tremors come due to blockage in the base chakra preventing your
connection with the earth.

The tremors also show that some energy is coming from the earth into you,
but not as much as should be coming when the blockage has been removed.

Leonardo Da Vinci was a Great Master of Wisdom.

When I went to the Louvre Art Gallery in Paris many years ago, I saw the picture, by Leonardo Da Vinci,  of a Shepherd Boy with the Gioconda Face, with his finger pointing upwards as in the picture on the right.

At that time I knew nothing of the theory of the Zen Masters. I had not even done any meditation at that point, however My body went cold with the SIGNIFICANCE of that painting and I laughed.

As the first time I read "Form is Emptiness and Emptiness is Form" from the Heart Sutra. I did not know what it meant, but something, The SIGNIFICANCE made me burst into tears.

Energy is impregnated into the work of the Masters. Whether in their works of art or in their teachings of Energy Enhancement.

If you can feel this energy, whether in the Star wars (May the Force be with You!!) Saga or in the Matrix Film or any of the myriad works of the past or NOW!! then you can feel a SIGNIFICANCE which is deeper than any intellectual theory. 

Then, you know!!.

As the Zen Masters write, "Do not look upon my finger (Or any of the Masters works) but to the Moon (The Soul) towards which it points. This is SIGNIFICANCE. This is ENERGY. This is Kundalini. This is the SOUL!!

The process of Enlightenment is in three Stages which carry on in parallel
but are initiated in the order given.

1. Ist Initiation - The Solar Plexus powers the heart
2. 2nd Initiation - The Second, Abdominal, Relationship Chakra Powers the
Throat.
3. 3rd Initiation or Enlightenment - The Base Chakra Powers the Head.

Therefore any movement of energy in the base chakra also powers the head to
release blockages there.

The Stage of Energy Enhancement which deals with these blockages first is
Level One Stage Two - The Circulation of the Energy, and later all the
techniques of Level Two come into play to release the more recalcitrent
blockages.

What causes these blockages?

Well, how much time do you have. Again, read the Energy Enhancement E-Book.
But the blockage of the Base Chakra, the Deep Unconscious, is fear. Fear of losing food, house,
money and even life itself, all of which we get in each lifetime and which
builds up lifetime by lifetime.

Kundalini is only the first stage of Enlightenment.
