It's over a year that I first sat and watched the level 4 streaming videos. I've been using the level 4 techniques for a long time now.  Especially from using the level 4 techniques I have cleared enough negative energy to put across my understanding of what I know to be the singular truth in a clearer and concise manner. This is a reflection on how those techniques have changed my life.

This is a realistic and sometimes explicit account of my journey with the Energy Enhancement course especially after the epic energy boost and new lethal techniques I acquired to take down bigger blockages.

I think it's worth sharing my findings with the intimate physical reality of improving your energy as well as the astral reality. The Matrix movie esoteric teaching is “control of the astral planes and higher planes lead to illumination” Mastery of the physical plane is essential. I say this because I learnt how activity in the physical plane affects your spiritual body, the antahkarana.

I will talk later about food containing blockages and how sex can deplete you of energy.

These are 2 examples of how the physical reality can affect the astral.

I was reluctant to finish the final edit of my level 3 testimony, that Satchidanand suggested, due to inner children supported by blockages, specifically the black star strategy used by an inner child of mine. I submitted that a few days ago. Because of the positive rapport and the nice feeling of doing that testimony and noticing what I do are acts or love as opposed to acts of selfishness I'm now having fun making just making acts of love.

If it gets to the Energy Enhancement website I assume what I’ve done is from the heart. So I’m having fun hitting that love button and making sure everything I do now is just love. I have kept close to good energy since typing the level 3 testimony by reading Satchidanand's articles and playing Devi's dancing youtube videos and going through a Sai Baba youtube playlist. I don't think it's a coincidence that writing this Level 4 testimony is easier with having these good energies in the background on my laptop.

I recommend whatever good experience you've had with Energy Enhancement let alone with anything to make a testimony for the website. The techniques work and will forever do so.

It is good to create a bulk of testimonies on this site for the world to acknowledge and for them to realise Energy Enhancement is real and it's an option to use, a path to take. It's the quickest way to enlightenment, your inner children and blockages will encourage you to take the scenic route or a nasty dead end.

With my level 3 testimony Satchidanand subtly edited it. His tweaks gave me a lot of understanding on where I was on the path. Those epiphanies I couldn't quite reach yet he layered into the testimony. So if you write a testimony perhaps you'll receive an enlightening edit.

I keep mentioning this in my testimony, just for affirmation of what the situation is. So Satchidanand in his videos tells a story about a guru who tells his students that he will die that day and he is off to heaven...and God has allowed him one student to take with him. He asks his students, 'who wants to come with me?!' All the students are quiet...and then one by one they all give excuses for why they can't come lol.

So to break this metaphor down. Satchidanand and Devi are offering the Energy Enhancement course, which is the quickest way to enlightenment on this planet. So Satchidanand has died before he's died by detaching from everything, he's removed all blockages. In Fight Club, Tyler Durden says “only when you lose everything are you free to do anything”. So now is the day Satchidanand is going to die, because he's already died per se and he can bring people to heaven, via Energy Enhancement. All the students give all these excuses.

Attachment Leads to Pain – Buddha

His emails have helped me detach. They have got me used to disappointment, helped me remove blockages and heal inner children so now I give less excuses to his suggestions which will lead me to enlightenment.

So this Level 4 testimony has come so quickly after the 3^rd one because I am simply giving less excuses because I have less blockages. I'd love to say Satchidanand doesn't care if you become enlightened because it doesn't affect his soul evolution. He's a bodhisvatta, so he's reached enlightenment and stayed around to help the rest. He will escape the life and death process and become an ascended master. He stays around out of the goodness of his own heart and care. So perhaps you'll follow the instructions instantly or maybe you'll take the Energy Enhancement course another lifetime, or the one after that, or the one after that, or the one after that...Making the same mistake lifetime after lifetime reminds me of this cat picture.

Level 4 is aimed toward healing relationships and opening the heart.

I was hungry for the Level 4 streaming videos. At first there always needs to be a desire as said Maharishi Mahesh Yogi said to Larry King. King liked the idea of desire but the less of it the better.

You need desire to want to get to enlightenment. I had a few desires, some good and bad. I wanted to clear the psychic sexual cord with my mother so that a girlfriend would come in, someone to support my Energy Enhancement. I think this was partially backed by my succubus/seducer strategy which was to have a clear sacral and base chakra to have many relationships, ones of love or not and to be the best at sex (I don't know why).

My other desire was simply to remove my blockages so that I can one day I get a good enough Buddha field to help the rest.

Level 4 aims to heal relationships focussing on chakra connections between people.

It also helps to clear psychic sexual cords which create homosexuality and block the receiving of, e.g. for me feminine energy, in the  relationship chakra and so forces you to start relationships with the same sex because only the masculine side is unblocked. Clearing all these blockages with Energy Enhancement will only lead you to focus on and open the heart centre.

Healing relationships

I didn't find there was too much to heal between other family members. There is a technique in level 4 where you can use purple prongs to clear dirt off the chakra connections to family. Just doing this once got rid of a lot of dross. It felt like interference on a telephone line. It created unique confusion, but now it's clear the energy exchange with family is stronger. That of course helped expose blockages and inner children that needed healing.

Base Cords

So level 4 helps you clear base cords that are not only from sexual connections but from food and anything else. I had a desire to clear all my base cords because I am fascinated by the purity of someone being a virgin. This idea is a bit of a myth as people have slept with others in past lives and so have base cords from them. I remember in an hour clearing a lot of base cords in this lifetime and others and I felt the instant energy boost from cutting off these draining cords. I think base cords are the biggest leak on the antahakarana's energy. I was very warm after doing this initiation for the first time.

From my experience of clearing the base chakra cords that I’ve inherited from other people the worst ones I’ve found are usually the result of sexual union with demons.

More details..

I found I had base chakra connections from previous sexual connections in past lives. When these leaches were removed I felt a massive rise in the room temperature and a rush of energy.

Clearing base cords reminded me of plugging up holes in a boat or stopping someone draining an area of oil by cutting off their pipeline. Sometimes we have to clear other people blockages.  Some people had given me their base chakra connections from past lives to heal for them, perhaps God had given it to me to sort out as they needed a little help. Perhaps for them it was a lesson that getting help is good or it was to inspire research from such a spiritual experience which they would know directly or subconsciously.

In level 4 you cut base cords and plug them into a different part of your being. I call this re-fusing...you refuse the base cord. Saying to the person or group behind the cord “no thanks, but you can plug in up here”. So the cords are re-fused into a different part of my being to connect to my spiritual body and so I can heal them and teach them at a distance.

Some people around our lives are probably there for something that's happened in past lives so it’s good to detach and ground. Just ground it. It’s interesting how u must go through the dark to get to the light, through the pain to get ecstasy, through the unhappiness to get to happiness.

Sometimes I see Energy Enhancement as a step up from videogaming. Energy Enhancement is the best thing since videogames and is better than videogames. At first there was videogames then there was Energy Enhancement.

The Energy Enhancement journey of taking down blockages, feels like a videogame sometimes. It has that warrior element of taking down demons and also has a detective element to it too as I would ground negative energy, thoughtforms and the rest and a question would arise

e.g. why does this person have this block that is affecting me...and a family member will tell a story that will 'coincidently' explains this block. So clearing the antahkarana I learn a lot about others and myself. The oracle tells Neo in The Matrix move “know thyself”.  And of course we are all God, the same energy so you can only really learn about you, because you are you, you are the soul, you are that.

I think Energy Enhancement is the next generation's videogame and more exciting because it works with psychic reality behind reality, the Real reality..

I find if I watch anything which is public or sports which are supported by a stadium full of people I get implanted with  a lot of stuff to ground, which is no surprise as that's a lot of blockages, strategies and cords coming at you through the tv or laptop screen.

In that stadium or wherever the blockages are literally flying into that camera and into people sitting on their bed at home on their laptop or onto them on the sofa. This downside to technology is I suppose the easier access of blockages to everyone, see Satchidanand's article on the matrix and implant blockages.

Hence why it's good for Yogis to be less public if they're looking to keep their energy safe.

I found online there were particular sites which were bad news lol AKA evil. Stay away from evil! A dwarf couldn't deal with Helm's Deep on his own so it's good to not think you can deal with big bads, not only straight away but for life.

I'm hoping the good energy of the Energy Enhancement website won't connect people to bad energy if I mention the name of some of the evil places on the net. I found Apple Trailers website seem to harbour something bad, WWE website too, so that's a media connection there and naturally porn websites would just riddle you with succubus strategies, sex implants and base cords. The net contains holy blogs and filthy bogs. This Energy Enhancement website is a good net to catch the worlds energy blockages.

Many websites are evil nets and unfortunately catch people and implant them with addiction blockages. I'm sure playboy is an implant blockage factory.

Some food would give me a base cord connecting to the company and the beings behind the company. Some food is addictive...and there is a witch or more of some kind in charge of the food company taking people's energy via the food. This vampirism could also be the result of vampirism via acting against the love of the soul. So eating this poison feeds gives the company owner's brownie points with Satan for destroying beautiful souls.

I know drugs of various kinds i.e. recreational or hospital create draining energy connections too.

I wonder which specific ones are the most draining, which ones burn both ends of the candle (your soul) more.

So I would sometimes get base cords from food companies just walking through aisles at supermarkets...just saying a polite yes to a friend with a bag of crisps I’m then connected to that particular company. The vampire knocks, “want a crisp?”, I let them in, “oh go on there”.  Then a base cord is connected from me to the BM's behind the food company. Notice how many products the Cola company is behind...Eating the products feeds their bm's behind those companies.

Level 1 and 2 can help you test and ground food for good for bad energy. If the energy goes up, it’s good, if down its bad. This is the same for anything, up good, down bad. Strange how if bad energy is strong enough it seems to muster a voice. For example, I drank a 'popular' milkshake which did have bad energy in it but I didn’t realise how much. The sweeteners were more evil than I thought. I noticed the bad energy whispered a nasty voice in my mind, so I had to ground it. Dread to think what demons have built up in the kids that have drunk all the energy drinks in Britain. Energy drinks make it uncomfortable to meditate, the mind and body becomes over hyper and fidgety.

Not only Satchidanand, but Yogananda inspired me to eat good food. I was so amazed by the story of his death. His corpse lay perfectly fine for weeks on end in public view. I would like to make my body a walking meal for the earth...A present for the earth when I need my body no longer. It will be a nice reminder that this is just an avatar. I'm just a soul or should I say the soul puppetting a body. Like the film Avatar reminds us.

Psychic sexual cord

I think I've dealt with the single psychic sexual cord that was between me and my mother. And now I just seem to be clearing ones I keep inheriting from others and so they are now mine.  So having to dig deep. Instead of digging many shallow holes I’m keeping with this one to one day find the oil or the gold. Living with my parents currently I think may be getting re-attached daily so I may have to take a page out of Jesus' book. Jesus had to leave his home town and work afar to find good students and become clearer. There's some energetic interference living where you grew up and where your parents live...Just the way it is. I'm sure the explanation will come up one day when the earths blockages are cleared enough. So much to discover if we keep digging away at the negative karmic mass of the astral plane. We're the real Indiana Jones'!

It's simple. Kill the sex addiction!

Currently I’m learning to say no from vampiric succubus'. To avoid situations of debauchery and loveless lust.  So many constant tests or as Satchidanand put it 'testes'.

Once u let one vampire in to feed the others spot you and see whether it's worth risking getting some energy there. I wonder if the phrase 'I got mine' could refer to lifeforce. Once one vampire gets energy then the rest see that energy is available there, like when British pigeons or seagulls linger around someone eating chips on the seafront (these are the vamps forever knocking) and then when u throw one out (invite one vamp in, or accept the addiction implant blockage by having intimate relations or sex or doing drugs etc) birds far away notice and then they all come and feed. I think this is why an EE student said EE students become a babe magnet after the course because they had plenty of energy that vampires wanted.

I allowed someone who I thought might be a succubus in by implying I was interested in them, then I noticed what felt like preparation for energetic draining, hard to describe, basically I felt weaker and more susceptible to lustful thoughts and physical feelings. Evil energy is hypnotising. I noticed in the high street after letting in this succubus that particular women in the highstreet were more responsive to me walking by them and I happened to receive more acknowledgements from them.

They're energy was similar to the original succubus, all the ones giving me attention felt the same, I suppose they're all hooked up to the same energetic matrix the original one was. Behind the matrix is a bm. A psycho ancient black magician who's learned to live outside the body through dark ancient meditations in order to enslave a person or nations via addiction implant blockages created in dark rituals in order to live forever. Some are like spiders who create dark energetic webs that people get tempted into.

Dread to think what the BM's have done to make themselves so energetically powerful.

These succubus' reminded me of zombies who sensed human brains...or hungry vampires that noticed blood....I think the succubus would act normal in their day to day life, but I knew if I offered them the opportunity they would get straight to accessing my lifeforce so long as it wouldn't threaten them getting  energy via other games in the rest of their life. I bet if they were starving for energy or too tempted they would pretty much say 'I want to sleep with you and use you as a battery for as long as possible'. Energetically I noticed these succubus' would want to get to the point and would positively respond to jumping to the point e.g. moving the conversation to sex related. If they didn't get it (lifeforce through sex) then they would be annoyed like a drug addict without their fix. I felt like the main character in ‘They Live” when he puts on the glasses when I spotted their games but when you make it obvious these zombies tell the rest. Anaomly spotted!

I noticed letting in these vampires, accepting their implant addiction blockage of anything, sex, drugs, rock n roll...would encourage them to load you up with more and more stuff to lose your energy on.

For example I smoked weed once and another person (slave) who used it invested some time in grooming me and I noticed energetically just wanted to put more upon me, so they could feed their master, the bm behind the implant addiction blockage. I'm sure this person would have introduced me to worser drains on my lifeforce, stronger drugs or worse. Some of these energy matrix's are nasty.

Even friends would feel tempted to put me into their matrix's via drugs, sex, rock n roll or food or whatever. Like Michael Caine said 'you can trust them but not the devil inside of them'.

I remember Satchidanand said 'ground it only if it affects you'. So for inner children which affect me I heal them, and perhaps they are added onto my soul to build it up. The ones that are not harming me, I allow to just repeatedly knock. As you need desire to go to enlightenment, I give some inner children energy/attention if it means they're leading the soul to enlightenment. This seems to encourage the student or person. All the other inner children that don’t affect me that are out for selfishness I just let keep knocking at the door and their the soul's intellect realises this is not the way. I bet some gurus have thousands knocking at their door or inner children pulling at their sacral chakra. A good guru can take a lot.

I think in general life many people know there is something around the sacral and base area which gives good feeling. Most people would guess the orgasm in sex. The kundalini snakes rises from the base of the spine. I'm sure that all sorts of people do all sorts of activity in this area e.g. sex because they know there's something eternally good there but few realise that enlightenment is the feeling that they search for.  I'm tempted to tell succubus' I can't give you an orgasm but I can help you get an eternal 24/7 one. Enlightenment is the satisfaction that everyone is searching for. They say because of the constant buzz of energy you have in an enlightened state it is like a 24/7 orgasm. After 30 minutes of sex, 2 people create an electric halo. The energy in sex is but a mere candle flame as compared to the sun of enlightenment.

Like I said earlier porn sites were really bad as they gave you base cords and sex addiction implants which eventually if not grounded enough take over the mind and control you to lose energy I.e. for a guy it's through losing semen. Gurdjieff said “2 things like sex and I would never have become enlightened”. I agree!  Sex is the biggest problem and can be the biggest leak and therefore threat' to the aura. I found social sites gave me a lot of base cords and implant blocks especially dating ones.

Much to those in the matrix's dismay (“ur not on facebook you're such a loser”) I left all social sites for 2 weeks and the instant I did it I had a massive gain in energy. The native americans are right a photo of you can give people access to your lifeforce so removing everything from public view I got a big boost. If anyone on the EE course is always in public view, it might help trying to remove all of your content from public view to clear yourself and then when good enough to return to public view if you feel it will help the cause. Being in public view I bet you have a lot of strategies that may not have originally been yours working through you, and so are now yours e.g. black star...there can only be one!

I try to stay away from bad websites. Stay away from evil. I want to say that its more than a case of stay away from temptation, because evil energy is very hypnotising. You hang out with pornstars it's likely you'll lose energy somehow in a sexual way. Something will probably take over you. So just stay away from evil. Regarding your energy...keep it secret, keep it safe. Be detached from evil. Attachment leads to pain. Connection to energy blockages is painful. The real meaning of this has been removed from Buddhism.

So don't react or engage with it at all and also be energetically free of it too, so cordless and implantless. Istay away from evil. Don't put yourself in a situation where you will be tempted. This reminds me of when Cypher in The Matrix movie says to Neo 'if you see an Agent, run!”. So if you see evil, run. In the film, Morpheus sacrifices himself to save Neo and the gang by distracting an agent for them. Even he lost the fight against the agent. So stay away, don't tempt yourself to lose in a situation.

I'm not interested in a partner currently as that increases the liklihood of losing energy, and I want to reach a certain something with big energy before being open to that. Not looking for a relationship as I may let in a succubus and then I could get entangled in a web of games like subtle sadomasochism, could get them pregnant then that's half the time to give to students as I’d be raising a child.

I think life alone for now is much simpler to help reach enlightenment, whatever it is. I'm basically making sure I’m plugged up and energy won't escape via loss of semen or whatever. One drop of semen as the same amount of lifeforce as 1 litre of blood.

Now I mentioned I would get explicit in this testimony and I think it's very healthy to encourage people to be honest about the reality of how the physical plane can interrupt your astral plane, by that I mean how physical activity can affect your spiritual body. So I noticed loss of semen via debauchery of self pleasure (encouraged by bad angels and hypnotising evil bm's) or via sex with someone else can dramatically lower your lifeforce.

I noticed that I meditated a lot for a month once and then surprise surprise I went to a place of social activity and someone talked or energetically got into my 'zone' or whatever, broke my will and drained me of energy. These vampires backed by their energetic matrix of slaves and the bm behind them will try to weaken your will.

I notice sometimes, these succubus' or whatever vampire will sit and wait to let you fatten up on meditation and then when big enough they'll strategically come at you to try and break your will, get you to let an implant blockage in somehow. These strategies can be from a group also.

Energetically I see them and feel them...yet they still come at me. It's difficult to say no in some circumstances because sometimes they cover a chakra e.g. that helps you see the situation from above and so you are nervous to decline their temptation as it may lead to a loss of friends or job or something you're attached to or rely on.

God never puts you in a situation you can't handle.

Anyway, I had a nice connection to the Energy Enhancement course because I was interested in chi. Intrigued how Bruce Lee and Shaolin Monks could physically do more than others. When I was 16 I used to run to work, 6 miles there for manual labour and then 6 miles back. Now I don't think I was meditating then, I was literally just experimenting with celibacy. So to be explicit I didn't engage in any sexual activity with mysef or others, basically I refrained from any ejaculation activity whatsoever.

At first I noticed a connection between not losing semen and strength. That year I didn't masturbate for 6 months. Over the months my natural energy was just fine and I could run a lot and work and wouldn't have to eat much either. I had a silly diet at the time, malt loaf for breakfast, honey sandwiches for lunch and meat and potato or whatever for dinner. I think I was interested in weight loss or whatever. When I lost semen, however it was.

The first time it wasn't so bad, my energy was a little free-er and my strength was okay.  Excessive loss of semen made me super tired. There is a particular numbers time of losing it, that I felt depleted totally.

My runs to work were more difficult, I just wasn't as physically powerful enough. In this time of low energy, I felt sick, bored, depressed and I couldn't psychically see so well. Remember, what they say “keep doing that, and you'll go blind”.

Anyway...after level 4 I've removed a lot of leaches on my aura and so my energy is good. If I lose semen now it's quicker to get back to a good optimum of energy. So my goal is to stop any release of semen whatsoever so my energy becomes super big to get me to a better energy and I suppose to then help the rest become happier with their bigger energy.

So being purely celibate now, I notice that dross or sexual frustration or something builds up every day...so I now have a daily routine to deal with that frustrating energy....So this is my current routine, hopefully people will find it useful for them too.

So overnight I wear a magnetic therapy support belt. This seems to create a good wall for the worlds inner children from getting at me overnight. Their inner children will connect via the sacral chakra.

I've noticed many a time forgetting to wear it I’ve had a wet dream where I lose semen overnight...despite doing physical exercises explained in a bit to plug up my semen. Sometimes other people's inner children will trick me to, for example, invite me out for a social where all the fun happens and then of course I sleep on someone sofa and I dont have my belt and overnight i'm energetically vulnerable. A strategically evil plan.

Yoga and bandhas ground my (what I currently see as) sexual frustration...it relaxes my lust...and makes my mind peaceful. Pranayama kicks up the blockages. Meditation helps me charge my wit and helps me see more and strengthens my sword, my light sabre for when I go blockage hunting.

Many a time, I've had to stop fighting a blockage and come back to it when I’m stronger. It's typically the 2^nd time that it gets healed and taken out

Each morning I clear the base chakra cords and ground any bad inner children affecting my sacral chakra. Then when I meditate I clear the antahakarana top down and bottom up and make sure the middle is good too.

I'm currently doing it at night-time which is probably bad but anyway daily I do yoga...so I basically put all the moves in Theos Bernard's Hatha Yoga onto a white sheet so I go through all of them. So my routine is easier I don't hold the moves for too long, but anyway this helps be ground the dross I can feel. It also converts the negative dross into positive energy via the alchemical flame in the centre of the earth. So I'm building my energy quickly with this. I floss out and ground the dross and gain positive energy from it and no longer crave sex or bad things as much.

I then do 3 specific bandhas...also described in Theos Bernard's book. The root lock where you tighten your perineum for 3 seconds and let and do this 30 times. I do uddiyana bandha where you bend over, hands on upper knees, exhale and suck in stomach. You hold the stomach in for 10 seconds and do this 10 times. And then simply the chin lock, where you exhale and hold your chin to your chest for 10 seconds, do this ten times. Then to be sure to be sure I do all 3 bandhas in one move. So I go into lotus and exhale, do root lock, chin lock and suck in stomach for a 10 second hold, then release, inhale, exahale hold again. Do this 10 seconds 10 times.

Then if my energy is good enough and my nostrils are free enough (typically helpd by jala neti, which you can do with taps at home) I do pranayama. So pranayama you are holding the right nostril, and inhaling for 5 seconds, hold both nostrils. (in this part you are working your way up slowly to holding yourself at this point up to 40 seconds) then hold left nostril, exhale for 10 secconds, hold (0-40 seconds) and inhale 5 seconds through right nostril, hold nostrils, hold for 0-40 seconds, hold right nostril, exhale left nostril for 10 seconds, hold both nostrils for 0-40 seconds, then start over, hold right nostril inhale left nostril for 5 seconds etc etc

Pranayama builds the psychic body and kicks up any blockages really well. I'm doing pranayama because I’ve been given my dad's M,E blockage to work through. I seem to be grounding his physical blockage for him in this physical way. M.E is typically the result of a loss of oxygen. He grew up around a fuctory/factory which spews up a lot of fumes.

“Usually its because of a tummy blockage which prevents them breathing into the abdomen, thus cutting oxygen on a permanent basis. - 30% of people are like that. - Satchidananddanand

They say for a man 'ejaculation is the death of the yogi'. So as you need energy to maintain a decent psychic sight, losing semen in anyway will make you go blind and energetically weak. Hence why Gurdjieff said '2 things like sex and I would have never become enlightened.'

So the yoga flosses out my dross and sexual frustration and clears my mind...the bandhas clearing the build up of sexual energy at the solar plexus...and strengthen my perineum to literally plug and block any semen coming out. Pranayama helps build up my psychic body quickly and kicks up blockages to help me spot them and ground them. If I wasn't strong enough in the night to hold onto semen, because bad energy can physically manipulate in the night, the root lock helps build a muscular plug to block the semen coming out.

I found if I did orgasm, I didn't lose any semen on the first one and so is a dry orgasm. For tantra practitoners apparently this is normal. I don't know much about it at the moment. So the bandhas give you a safety net so you don’t lose your energy. Perhaps see that first time as a warning shot lol.

At night to minimalize the number of inner children connecting to my sacral chakra I wear a magnetic belt. Without this I’m just open and vulnerable at night. Without it it's too risky, I could get inner children or implants or blockages jump to me in my sleep that could physically twitch me to lose semen and therefore loads of energy. A wet dream. Death of the yogi in the night.

Doing the bandha exercises helps make the perineum a plug to physically block any semen coming out. This provides a safety net in case you are ever tempted by anything and lose control. I found it provides only a one off safety net which you then need to build up If you pleasured yourself a second time then that area would be too weak and you lose semen and therefore lose a lot of energy. You'd lose a lot of lifeforce and so would psychically see less and have less spiritual power and prowess.

And of course I try to enter the stream, I meditate. I climb to the highest star, Avatar of synthesis which I learnt in level 1 streaming videos and bathe in the energy and fill myself up. And the next day I do it all again. It's nice seeing over time the results from your energy work. How grounding the bad energy and letting in good energy helps build you up so you can compute more.

I noticed that in the gym, I would get to the maximum weight on a machine and then just keep to that weight and do more reps like Bruce Lee does. Carbs kept my temporary energy high and protein built the muscle mass so I could permanently cope with that weight. This is similar to the evolution of the soul.

Meditation builds up your day to day chi (like carbs). Grounding bad blockages and utilising them to add to your angel colonies and healing inner children and integrating them build up the soul (like protein builds the body). Eventually you'd be strong enough to deal with a big blockage thoughtform and permanently understand it and utilise it in day to day life because you have used your bigger soul to manage it.

So an Energy Enhancement student eats up blockage energy and builds the soul to be able to deal with more blockage thoughtforms or whatever.

A gym student eats more to be big enough to deal permanently with more weight in the gym. I hope that metaphor works.

Opening the heart

Over time I have cleared a lot of my antahakarana (and still forever going!) and have 'coincedently' come to working on the heart chakra. It's lead to this place. It all seemed to focus in on that area. A few things helped me use the heart more in life.

Osho's quote of 'women should never be understood, only loved”. Coming at women with just love made a lot more sense to me and I communicated with them at that level. Apologies if that sounds discriminant but I’ve always had a bad rapport with just women until I started doing that.

I spoke to men with the mind and the rapport was easier with most men. I then treated men with the heart and then general life and something became better, happier, more understandable.

Saraswathi Ma's videos http://bit.ly/1gPcDEC and her emails to me directed me to with my palm feel the heart space. Then question how far that space goes in...infinite? And outside of that space how far does space go? Infinite?

There is the infinite within us and outside of us...So we are infinite, all one. There is no cut off point for God, we are God. Saraswathi Ma encourages you to imagine your eyes are at this level and to start seeing life from there. It's good to see life from this heart space and it will open you up to a new realm.

I found my rapport with everyone was a lot better if I worked from this heart space. This space helped me see whether something was full of love or not too. Like attracted like. It was a nice detector to scan things or beings for good energy and how aligned with god they were.

 A spiritual energy detector, a love detector. Searching for the soul connected. It's good to keep to good energy, and 'coincidently'  using this scanner everything Satchidanand has put on his website is this perfect love energy. The films he mentions, the music, the whatever all have this lovely energy. It's all aligned with the soul, the good Godly energy.

I think this scanning technique using the heart is it. If the energy goes up it's good, if the energy goes down its bad because negative energy is grounding in it.

In level 2 you use this technique to separate good food from bad so you don’t put more blockages into you. Scary how some foods have very big blockages in them and go down like a stone.

One time actually a guide made me aware of something with my food. There was an energetic shift which is difficult to describe. I knew it was the presence of a high vibration a guide and I translated their energy to test my food. The food I was eating went straight down though looked healthy. So I sorted through the food and underneath it was a bit of aluminium foil used in the oven. So that saved me what could have been a lot of trouble detoxing out a metal, a blockage, from the body.

I scan for things using the heart. If it doesn't feel right with the heart, if it doesn't have a similar  feeling of my heart then I don't tend to watch it, read it, listen to it.

You can see that the energy of the heart is what gets most likes, most ratings. Because I’m learning to trust Satchidanand more, I’ve stopped researching and watching endless hours of crap and just stuck to the Energyenhancement.org website.

 Absorbing this energy has made others around me happier.

Holding the heart open allows me to do all yoga moves a heck of a lot easier.

Perhaps yoga books should all be renamed to e.g. 85 ways to test that your heart is open. I spent half the day reading the articles (heart tickles) on Energyenhancement.org and then went to the gym and I had a mass of energy with me and that then allowed a woman behind the desk to engage with me for the first time. I think she was showing off an ability of instinct as she kept talking about positive thinking.

I was able to slip her some quotes from the website, so to the soul they'd become energy particles... and will keep my heart open to see if she wants more next time.

The heart is useful to scan for things or people with a lot of spiritual energy. We're all part of the same antahkarana which that means we are love, we are god we are working toward being soul infused, everyone and thing being God without anything distracting us or making us believe otherwise.

I wonder for the spiritual movie reviews on the website, I think Satchidanand must be searching through all the films in history with his heart finding big energy. He must then check the synopsis to make sure it's encouraging people in the right direction, making sure the moral is healthy and then watches the film and just feels it that spiritual power with it.

I'd  love to find all the good energies in the world and share them with people. Satchidanand hasn't done too many articles on the music industry yet so perhaps I could search through it all and find some more big energies.

Some meditations are designed to fail whereas Energy Enhancement is fresh and non-corrupt and so works for the good of the soul. You can test this with your heart.

I found it interesting reading that acts against the love of the soul e.g. physical attack is vampiric on people and breaks down the soul.

Things or people full of spiritual energy build up the soul.

People are naturally drawn to the good, the things with big spiritual energy hence why now this is still this confusion with Michael Jackson. The spiritual energy of his music is very good yet people's minds are hearing the bad press about him. Their souls are building up on his energy. Their hearts are seeing one thing, their minds are seeing another (what the press say).

Going through most if not all, Papaji''s videos on youtube helped me see what a guru does. He keeps demonstrating to his students that he's reacting only to the love. So when he gets a tearful student who can't sing at him, he laughs...because from the heart it is a joke to wail at him.

So he laughs at them. When someone sings with beauty he lets them sing and claps after. I notice he forces laughter sometimes and this is to encourage people into a certain mind set and it's also helping ground energy.

I think Satchidanand says to come sit with him for as long as possible to undersand this also...to see that a guru, a good person acts only out of love and builds up the love. So spending enough time with a guru will help see that.

The streaming videos aren't long enough to see that I think, unless they're so full of light I just can not compute it. Papaji has so many 2 hour satsang videos on youtube and it was easy to see what he was doing. Energy Enhancement will help you ground the negative energy and you will only find the home, the heart.

Watched a lot of Papaji videos on youtube..got a lot of energy off of them. Students are a type of vampire too but they're a good investment.

Another example of people being attracted to the heart energy is when I had sat watching Sai Baba videos off youtube before going to work and people were buzzing off something off of me and they asked what I had been up to and they I said about Sai Baba conducting weddings and there were flashes of light as he manifested these rings for the couples and some of them on some level accepted that energy and they were all happy and buzzing despite not computing the situation. One of the supervisors thought it was best to disperse everyone by saying I was weirding them out and everyone should get back to work.

Another interesting example of love energy being favourited is the meme images I make. I have an account on imgur.com and I made mostly 'funny' ones and I made some spiritual, open minded ones. Even with the friends I was having a laugh with it was the spiritual ones that got them most interested.

My inner child using the comedian strategy was annoyed. There were twice as many hits for the spiritual ones then with the comedic ones I was trying to push. I wanted to see what would get people's attention, and it was the spiritual ones.

Yesterday  =  yes to today.

Papaji settles the lady into the heart space, helps her realise that she is the infinite and needs nothing and says with authority to inspire the lady's self discipline “stay here!”. All we need to do is be, and that is bliss, that's enlightening.

I liked what Jaimie said in their testimony where their guides said (referring to the heart centre) “welcome home”. Home is where the heart is. STAY HERE.

I found day to day it was very challenging to stay in the heart centre. Perhaps blockages were dragging me away from it as I’d stop seeing life from the heart to rest.

I can't yet find a way to be fixed there. It felt like quite a workout, hopeful I can get enough angel colonies to forever stay there. Perhaps that is enlightenment :)

I scan day to day life with the heart whilst being aware of the mind and hopefully I can look forward to finding good films, musicians and more...so there is more variety of high vibrational support for more energy and love boosts. So with that daily routine I mentioned previously I practise samadhi (meditation) and samyama (grounding negative energy blockages).

Daily Routine of Living through the Heart and Maintaining Good Energy

The energy of level 4 helped me clear the final blocks of level 2. These perverted angels full of negative karmic mass, are clever and sometimes as a previous testimony said are very subtle. You'll scan with psychic vision over your aura and antahkarana and they'll be a little glitch in there and then you'll see a big blockage.

That little glitch could well be the blockage in control of the other. Some try to be invisible. Karma chameleon blockages, mischevious bms.

Lately I've noticed a special pattern, perhaps it's simply karma, like what you put out you get back.

Because you're the soul, you can only love or hurt yourself. A nice story to encapsulate this...a couple invite God to dinner. The arranged time passes and they give up. A dog comes bumbling in through the door and onto the dinner table and eats the dinner. They just offer all the food to it and let it leave.

A while later there's a knock at the door, and it's God. With much dread they tell God that his dinner his gone. God laughs saying oh I was here earlier and ate so much I’m full.

So everything is God. I found  putting information out there then naturally made me hungry to learn more. I'm aware of the idea that the guru requires the student to empty their glass of water in order to put more in there. However I’m not sure whether what you put out you get back....

Whatever is currently happening I hope it encourages people to share more good information like what the Energy Enhancement website contains.

It's good to look after the physical body. I found the Tangy Tangerine vitamin powder is very good for helping your body run at an optimum. The calcium powder the same company does is very good also. It isn't available in some countries.

Healing the physical body appeared to improve my other bodies (mental, emotional and spiritual). Tangy Tangerine helped lower cravings for junk food as your body gets all it needs from one scoop. Good for those trying to lower their food addiction implant blockages.

The more I give to the website the weaker my black star strategy and the inner child behind it is. The less of this strategy the more useful I think I become for the greater cause. A better tool for God. But, world peace can't just come from my actions alone. One hero cannot ground all the astral terrorists. Uncle Sanat Kumara needs you!

I found especially with Sai Baba that experimenting being close to these energies for just a week creates a lot of energetic activity in the antahakarana. It seems to keep your crown clear and strengthens and clears the chakras in the antahkarana. Once space is made for good energy to come into a chakra this spiritual alteration then reflects on the physical plane. For example a strengthened base chakra (responsible for income) will then bring in a new job and better income.

There is a lot of energetic support available for your soul evolution. Here's an attempt at naming all of it, but I will probably only touch on a bit of it.

Very similar activity occurs with the Energy Enhancement playlist and especially the Level 1-4 streaming videos. Not only do you pick up the soul changing techniques but you also have hours of energising videos to absorb or just play in the background as a healthy energetic base to whatever you’re doing on your laptop.

I think when I cleared a lot of the crown chakra, I had a lot of insights into my soul path and the different spiritual leaders available to me.

I find every step of Energy Enhancement there's always just one blockage. I'm always trying to find that one astral terrorist on the run, those annoying ninja blockages that camouflage themselves high in the antahkarana or lurk low in the centre of the earth.

You have to just sit and smoke them out with high vibrations. So having a high vibration around you is good, for example meditating to Devi's dancing DVDs or a Sai Baba playlist so they the blockages are smoked out the antahkarana.

High vibrations weaken the perverted angel abusing their build-up of negative karmic mass. The karma chameleons are heaven dodgers. They are staying in your aura to try to live through you and are unfortunately holding you back.

Some blockages are tiny like a tic on a mammoth's back but some tics are very powerful despite has small they are.

I've needed a long list of Energy Enhancement techniques all at once to defeat them especially matching their atomic pattern and the time slam.

This is the same for some inner children, some are really strong.

Some blockages are in a team, a support network, a cluster f*ck. So they need one massive 7step to clear them all.

It takes a lot of energy to be aware of a blockage, to reach epiphanies sometimes. Why it's good to always have a lot of energy to psychically see well and never lose it via sex.

Forever 7stepping and filling up. Eternal Samadhi and Samyama.

I meditate, not every day though I should, I feel better, more aligned and energised when I do, and people like me more if I'm full of energy, they bathe in it. I do yoga, bandhas and pranayama.

Healing inner children, I would shine white light first on the sacral chakra. Seems strategies and inner children connect mainly to there... Perhaps because it is an issue of idenity.

These split offs of the soul, the inner children blockages each have their own mask, their own strategy their own game. Each is a different personality e.g. the violator

I create a lot of drama having a lot of energy. If I want people to not be interested in me...maybe blow ur load. They notice my permanent energy through my angel talents colonies.

They know I know stuff and need it to build theirs. But a boom of energy around you helps build them up and ground their negative karmic mass down.

Some are wary of a big energy because some are so reliant on the system they'll fight to protect it.

So with level 2 I searched up the antahakarana and I imagine the infinite and clear blockages up there and I go down low into the centre of the earth, I also picture the infinite low and clear blockages down there and whatever is in between those points.

With level 3 I searched for connections of inner children blockages to the sacral chakra and try to find the strategy thoughtforms between the 2 infinite points. With level 4 I search for base cords and blockages supporting them between those 2 points.

I also searched past, present and future too. I just locate a blockage. Regarding the antahahkarana, top down and bottoms up and past, present and future. I also pull out the different auras/bodies and check there too...the physical body, the emotional body and the mental body (the antahakarana is the spiritual body).

So currently i've been experimenting. I've been trying to understand enlightenment. Apparently Swami Satchidananddanand laughed when he reached enlightenment.

I wonder whether we're all already enlightened and the various blockages we take down with the Energy Enhancement course remove the disbelief and distraction from the idea that we are already enlightened.
