A Six Step Method of Successful Inner Healing.
Adopt a comfortable posture and relax. If you find it difficult to relax then apply some breathing method. As we meditate, the subconscious mind begins to release all its contents into the conscious mind. Memories and thoughts - comfortable and uncomfortable - arise to the surface of the mind. Allow all these thoughts to be. Do not filter any out - however painful or shocking. Embrace each and every thought-form as you would a lost child. Send a warm love to all these thoughts. This is a good way to heal these memories and thoughts. As the power of love heals these parts of our mind, we find that these thoughts and memories begin to lose their power over our conscious mind. We begin to feel better and clearer. Gradually, all the emotional content of the thought forms dissolves like a piece of salt in warm water. The final step is to let go of the thought form completely, like a piece of drift would vanishing down a stream. Let go and relax. This method should dissolve even the most difficult and poisonous memory or thought. For best results, incorporate into a daily routine of forgiving and self-healing. It need only be practiced for a few minutes each day.
