THE GROUNDING OF NEGATIVE ENERGIES
A STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION.

Sit in a comfortable posture, preferably one of the lotus positions, and try to get the back straight. Don't be put off by computer generated graphics of perfect postures! Trying to sit with a straight spine is the main thing.

Concentrate on the base chakra at the base of the spine. For a visualisation, you could imagine a red globe.

Now, connect this base chakra to a pure, white, energy transformation device in the centre of the earth. You can imagine this energy transformation device to be anything you like, but remember, its function is to transform negative energy into pure, positive energy - so choose a thoughtful visualisation to assist you.

Now, complete this circuit by forming a connection from the centre of the earth back up to the base chakra.

Okay, we can now begin the process of the grounding of negative energies. Begin to send negative energies that you may have, from the base chakra to the centre of the earth, where they are burned up, forever, in the energy transformation device at the centre of the earth.
You may like to image a stream of water or air flowing through the base chakra and travelling into the centre of the Earth. Visualisations like these will assist the flow of energy. Imagine flow, streams, natural currents, easy of passage - that kind of style of thought.
At the same time, begin to bring up the 100% pure, positive spiritual energy from the centre of the earth and begin to feel this energy filling you up like a happy balloon.
This is a technique that gives you access to a Universal and totally free, never-ending supply of positive energy.
To begin with, we may need several months to allow ourselves to ground much of the built up negative energy, before we feel any benefits. But keep at it, because, hand-in-hand with the healing techniques you will definitely begin to feel much happier, relaxed, and peaceful in a short period of time.
Trust me, I was once a frustrated student, I know how tempting it is to want to give up and get a drink! But please, keep practising. Even by grounding a little negative energy, we begin to feel the benefits - for ourselves, our loved ones, and everybody that we meet.
