What is Enlightenment?
Enlightenment is Yoga. This is the Spiritual level.

"Being in contact with the Source of all Life and Light."
The
word Yoga comes from the ancient Sanskrit and means "The Yoke" which connects
the Horse to the Carriage. It means putting yourself in harness to your
Higher Self. To your high Will. It means being in contact with the Higher
Mind at all times. It means following the path of your Life at all times.
Any lesser desire which comes from the little self, the selfish ego which
only wants for itself, leads to pain and misery. Being
in contact with the Source of all Life and Light. Being in contact with
the Fire and Light of your Higher Self means being EnLIGHTened. This is
the solution to our sickness and our problems. This is the True Life and
we have nothing more to seek. Energy
