The four tildes "~~~~" will automatically add your signature, which is your username and a timestamp.
In either case, you can also add the template for someone else if you find an unanswered matter in a language you don't speak.
Technical details
[edit]When used, this template categorizes the talk page into Category:User needing help or one of it's subcategories by language.
Localisation
[edit]To add your language to the list of languages supported by this template, please edit the template and add a row to the "{{LangSwitch|}}" construct. It takes the form "|xx=Your translation" (xx being the code of your language
