Description

Maquettes des Parlements de Finlande (1931) et de France (1728) de haut en bas au mur du pavillon national de l'Autriche, Biennale internationale d'architecture 2014 de Venise

L'exposition "Plenum. Lieux de Pouvoir" présentée dans le pavillon national de l'Autriche porte sur les Parlements de plus de 200 pays.

Les parlements nationaux du monde entier sont modélisés à l'échelle de 1: 500, et placés côte à côte sur les murs du pavillon.

Leur comparaison permet d'identifier des styles communs à certains pays et de percevoir les traditions architecturales nationales qui veulent affirmer visuellement une identité et une volonté démocratique.
