Your food is supplied through a hole in the wall without you knowing where it comes from. Your programmed education is limited and contact with other people also limited. This room is your world. One day somebody slips something under the door and with your limited knowledge you know that this object is a key and that it will open the door. So you open the door and in a moment your field of awareness expands resulting in a force as powerful as the shock of birth. The practice of yoga assanas is the equivalent of been given a chisel and then informed of what lies behind the door. With daily dedicated steady chiseling you will make a hole in that stone door or wall within 150-300yrs. Then one day someone slips you a hammer. Now using the chisel and hammer together you work faster and harder and with more determination as well as greater energy and enthusiasm. The hammer is pranayama and will start to see the light within 100-200yrs if the hammer and chisel are good quality and if you are very dedicated. (If the pranayama and yoga techniques are good and if it is shown to you by an experienced teacher) Guess what you get now? An electric jack hammer which is a burst of energy and enthusiasm and allows you to work with much greater progress. You will start to see the light in 1 lifetime if it is a good quality jackhammer and if the power doesn't fail or the drill does not break. The jackhammer represents meditation. What happens if you don't do anything? Vedic scriptures say it takes 1 million years of healthy and right living to be free from the cycle of birth and rebirth. To see the light. To experience realisation. The unification of individual awareness with the field of cosmic awareness. Don't worry though because most of you have lived a good few 1000s of lifetimes, so you only have a few more thousand to go. So what does the key represent? What's the key? How to get the key. The key represents the Energy Enhancement techniques. But we have to choose to use the key. We have to decide to make the step. The red pill or the blue pill. How deep does the rabbit hole go Neo? Enlightenment is possible at a far more accelerated pace with the techniques. It is possible with 3-5yrs of dedicated practice, you will start to see the light. Although none of our students have become enlightened yet, the progress they have made in their lives and expansion of their field of awareness is amazing.
