How are you?
I’ve been busy just before holidays. Tomorrow I am flying to England with my daughter. I will spend with her for 2 weeks. Thanks to Energy Enhancement Meditation and the Mastery of Relationships of Level 4. Last summer, I could not even imagine this happening. Thank you Satchi and Devi.
Here is my review.
I was sitting on my heels on the smoothest wooden floor in Prague. You can guess, where I am. I was closing my eyes with Dhyāna Mudrā in my hands. Zen master Dogen said, "There is a Buddha inside Dhyāna Mudrā." I felt my sublimity in it. Next to me, my 14-year-daughter was doing the same in the half circle of Indigo warriors.
She has her sublimity in Dhāna Mudrā. This was the first opportunity to meditate sitting next to her, although I had meditated a lot upon her using the Energy Enhancement Meditation Level 4 technique in our relationship before. I broke down the barriers around my heart and opened myself to life's great kindness with gratitude, I convinced myself that everything that happens today serves my growth.
Shortly, using Energy Enhancement Meditation and the Mastery of Relationships of Level 4, I cut and grounded the energy cords between my daughter and me through all chakras. An angel was released from a blockage and she resembled a beautiful baby. The Angel welled up the love in me when my daughter was born. The sublimity in my hands talked to me that it was love that is necessary for raising a child.
This is different from self-love which is loving your child for yourself. "Look at the angel!" she highlighted. I looked at the baby angel. She returned carefree-smile and grew up in no time. Then, she entered into my daughter's sublimity, and at the same time, I sensed a change in the density of my sublimity.
My higher self started to talk to me. "Your child already has her own grown-up sublimity. And you felt that it is connected to yours as well as the whole universe. Express and act as you felt. Be conscious not to add extra meaning to it. Same as this, be conscious be careful not to pour self-love into your child. This is not true love but is connected to the form of healing loneliness. This is a relationship that arises when mothers perceive their children as objects to relieve their loneliness.”
My higher self continued, “For mothers, children are an existence that makes them feel affection just by looking at them. This spring-up energy is for raising children.
Now you witnessed that her sublimity has grown up, be happy to let your child graduate from you. “You are the bow, she is the arrow” She has started her own path to connect to her higher self. If you treat her as a child, you treat your sublimity as a child. You have just sensed that sublime connection.”
I said yes. I release her. Then, I connected the energy cords to my Soul chakra, the first chakra above the head. Next, I did the same to my energy cords connected to all people in the world through all chakras. I release everyone. Then I reconnected them to my Soul chakra. My higher self will be in charge from now.
My Soul created a Merkaba in the centre of her head and spun one half clockwise and the other half anticlockwise. Gradually, she expanded them bigger than usual. Then, she resonated all chakras and they went into orbit around her. It was the space I had seen a month ago when I opened the sliding door painted with a beautiful ocean in my Soul.
I was astonished by the way she did. She created the cosmos which is a well-ordered system in my Antahkarana. "Yame: Stop!", said my teacher. She opened the third eye and I opened my physical eyes.
There were warriors who came from other countries, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. Some of them I had practised together with last year. They visited our Dojo, our martial arts gym every year for this event and were good friends of our teacher. This time was the third anniversary. For me, it was the second time and for my daughter, the first time.
Unlike usual training, I sensed some chaotic energy. Chaos means that various energies were moving in all directions in the Dojo. However, I was balanced in my Merkaba field by all chakras keeping a perfect orbit around my higher self, my Soul. This is the reason she expanded it a larger than I usually did. She has a different perspective than I have. I held her in considerable respect.
”Put your helmet on!" said my teacher. All fighters wrapped their hair in Tenugui which is a Japanese towel made of 100% pure cotton and various colours. It was the only thing we could keep our individuality. Then, we put our helmets on our left arm face down and moved it to our heads and covered our face with it. We use long strings to tie them with our heads in a proper manner. I was slightly worried about my daughter sitting on her heels next to me.
My higher self surprisingly cut my energy blockage worries with my Grandmother’s golden dagger and grounded them to the centre of the earth, there to burn. Then, she completed the Energy Enhancement Meditation 7-steps. It was fast as a blink. An angel was released.
She, my Soul, spoke to me, "All people and things that come into your field of vision are a complete source of information for your growth. If you have a consciousness that you can accept this information, you will evolve more and more. All things excluding you are complete information for your evolution, and you need to recognize that only you are not a complete type. It means that your daughter is as complete information as she is for your evolution. All the information is that which the Creator, God, is showing us."
I was tying my helmet by making a bow tie and all ends of the strings had to be the same length. Other warriors were doing the same motion tightening strings. The sounds of tightening strings resonated in the Dojo.
Then, the voice of my Soul was echoing in my helmet that "There will be times when you have doubts during this training like why am I in this situation? However, everything is the information you need and it will make you learn what is the unfettered mind." I noticed it was my great-grandmother's voice. I sent an agreement to her and I stood up with a bamboo sword in my left hand.
We naturally divided into two groups and faced each other. The practice began. In Kendo, a class is highly respected. Therefore, the holders of the highest dan lined up from the upper seat close to the Shinto household shrine. Because of this existence, we call the training gym a Dojo with a sense of respect in Japan. "
Do：道" means a path to improving one’s heart and spirit while pursuing swordsmanship, rather than teaching how to win a swordfight. "Jo：場" means the place for training in front of the Shrine. The system implied that the highest dan holder has the closest heart and spirit to God. Last year I was the last one from the Shrine, but this year my daughter was behind me.
I was standing in a chaotic energy field, where 驚擢疑惑, surprise, fear, doubts and hesitation were moving around in all directions. Unusually, I was not involved in it.
Because my higher self kept my chakras in orbits, and my mind and consciousness followed them, it gave me a good balance. My mind was free. I wondered if this is the unfettered mind that my great-grandmother said.
Then, her voice resonated into my free mind, "Yes, you are outside of the abiding place. Abiding place means the place where the mind stops. Stopping means the mind is being detained by some matters - Energy Blockages. When you first notice the sword that is moving to strike you, if you think of meeting that sword just as it is, your mind will stop at the sword in just that position, your own movements will be undone and you will be cut down by your opponent. This is what stopping means. Practice with keeping this free mind in you and practice." At the same time, my teacher said "Hajime: Start!" We bowed in line and stepped forward in three steps while drawing swords before our partners.
I felt something changed in a chaotic energy field. Actions of bowing immediately formed an orderly system in the chaotic energy. "This is the power of Reisetsu." My great-grandmother explained to my free mind. “REISETSU” is made of "courtesy-REIgi and moderation-SETSUdo."
The meaning of 'courtesy-礼儀-Reigi’' is the behaviour and manners that people should follow to express respect for others in order to maintain order in society. Courtesy requires not only superficial manners but also respect for others internally.
Then, adding the meaning of moderation-節度-Setsudo in courtesy-Reigi, it has changed to show a moderate degree of courtesy according to the situation and the other person. This is 礼節-Reisetsu”. What is vital for this is respect for the other person and modesty which forbids us from going too far.
We always think about the other person and make him or her feel comfortable. In order to execute "Reisetsu-礼節", it is indispensable to empathise with the other person. Furthermore, we do the same to the enemy. We shouldn't take a one-sided stance and strike one-sidedly. We are always matching the enemy's mind and spirit, and sensing the enemy's movement.
This ultimate principle is based on empathising with the other person. It is called a life-saving sword. This sword kills only the enemy's evil spirit while keeping him alive. Because we have tremendous power within us. The power to turn our thoughts into reality.
These are all secrets of the universe.
I heard Kiai in the cosmos of Dojo at the same time, I yelled Kiai. They resonated in Dojo. Training began.
After 11:00 at night, I crossed my legs on the silk floor and closed my eyes in front of the Shrine of Dojo. My daughter was sleeping in the sleeping bag next to me and we were surrounded by fighters who were fast asleep. She did her best in this training. I was simply proud of her. I felt grateful to all fighters, my teacher, my great-grandmother, my higher self and God as well as the universe. Because I learnt and experienced a lot. Then, I sincerely gave Reisetsu to all of them who killed my evilness. I survived this training although I had some bruises in my body as well as my arms. Pains and bruises proved that my mind stopped due to my energy blockages during the training when I saw the sword that moves to strike me. To be honest, I didn't experience an unfettered mind during practice. That was my level and limit.
They were like energy blockages, right? Satchi!
Therefore, I decided to apply the Energy Enhancement Meditation 7-step process to ground the moments my mind stopped. I focused on breathing and patiently kept going to remove the moment my mind was diverted in any way by the strike of the enemy, by the man who strikes, by the sword that strikes me, by the position or rhythm of my enemy or mine, by my own thrusts and strikes. Then, my actions faltered, and I was cut down.
I grounded so many energy blockage stopped minds that I had neither thoughts nor judgments. It was surrendered. My third eye was just observing the many angels released from the Energy Blockages. In this way we evolve more rapidly by removing the impurities from our mind which impede us and our performance. Once gone these energy blockages we collected over many lifetimes never come back. My surrendered mind was just keeping in orbits and moving. The angels were gathering together as if they were holding something. The Energy Enhancement Meditation 7-step process had been completed.
Then, angels spread wide and an angry man appeared. He had skin blue as indigo and held a big flame in his back. He grasped a sword in his right hand. He held a rope in his left hand. He bared his teeth and his eyes flashed with anger. He looked like a statue I saw in Mt. Narita Shinsho temple.
It is King Fudo Myo.
I showed Reisetsu to him from my heart. He glanced at me without vanishing his anger on his face. "Glancing at something and not stopping the mind is called immovable. This is because when the mind stops at something, as the breast is filled with various judgements, there are various movements within it. When its movements cease, the stopping mind moves, but does not move at all."
He left this message on my orbits in which my chakras and mind were moving. Then, angels brought him above. He stays on top of my Antahkarana. He stands like the Statue of "Christ the Redeemer" in Rio de Janeiro.
My indigo-blue third eye was still observing the orbit and started deciphering the message of King Fudo Myo. "Immovable means unmoving. Wisdom means the wisdom of intelligence. Although wisdom is called immovable, this does not signify any insentient thing, like wood or stone. It moves as the mind is wont to move, forward or back, to the left, to the right in the ten directions and to the eight points; and the mind that does not stop at all is called immovable wisdom."
It rang a bell. Maybe this is what it means to open my heart. I had tried to open it a couple of times, but somehow it seemed not to be enough. Because I kept receiving the message that I must open my heart. Even Sathi gave me advice that the heart you must open is not green colour, it is pink.
I will try. I manifested it and fell asleep in my sleeping bag on the silk floor.
I had a lucid dream. It was the next morning. Just before the training, my great-grandmother was standing in front of us like my teacher. I saw her standing for the first time. She wore Kendo gi and Hakama. She resembled my father, so probably resembled me as well. She was explaining to us,
"Although you see the sword that moves to strike you, If your mind is not detained by it and you met the rhythm of the advancing sword; if you do not think of striking your opponent and no thoughts or judgments remain; if the instant you see the swinging sword your mind is not the least bit detained and you move straight in and wrench the sword away from him; the sword that was going to cut you down will become your own, and, contrarily, will be the sword that cuts down your opponent."
The next day, we invite Mr and Mrs Japanese Ambassador and competitions were held. On the last day, I will take the exam for the third kyu (there are 7 kyu (degrees) before the first dan) in Kendo. After passing the first kyu, the practitioner must practice for at least one year. Then, they may apply for the exam for the first Dan. This will be the first step for the long journey.
